NillWe recently visited this property as a group of 28 people, including adults and children, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the food, accommodations, and activities exceeded all our expectations. The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The amenities available were well-suited for guests of all ages, and the serene environment added to the charm of our stay. The staff’s dedication to providing outstanding service was remarkable. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, such as organizing a bonfire and arranging a special cake, which made our visit even more memorable. Our sincere thanks to Kashish and the owner for their warm hospitality and constant support. We look forward to returning soon for another delightful experience.

NillI have been coming here since many years with my family. On this New Year when I came for two nights stay, the place is so so well decorated and lit up so beautifully that both the festivals of Diwali and Christmas are clubbed together giving the perfect bliss and positive festive vibrant atmosphere . They have 3 restaurants offering excellent food and very nice friendly staff. It's a huge property spread over 3 acres. Well maintained, clean, neat and tidy. Personal supervision by the owners to ensure guests are well taken care of and at ease. I am short of words as and overwhelmed to describe my happiness and experience in here. Can't wait to come back soon again

NillI had visited this place a few years ago and carried with me the memory of a quaint, lovely retreat - full of quiet charm and small joys. This time, however, the return felt like opening a favorite old book only to find its pages worn, the ink faded, the magic somewhat lost. Much of it, I suppose, can be attributed to time. Places age, just as people do. But part of the disappointment stemmed from a visible lack of care. The once vibrant funzone pool now sat murky and uninviting, surrounded by crumbling fountains and artificial mountains that seemed to have surrendered to neglect. The main swimming pool - smaller - was slightly better but still not truly clean. The rooms, too, bore the weight of years. Faded furnishings, tired walls, and most noticeably, a bed and mattress that offered more discomfort than rest. I had planned a two-night stay but left after one, unwilling to endure another sleepless night on what felt like a broken frame of what once might have been comfort. I had held onto the hope that the food—being from Kailash Parbat, a name I associate with good dining - might salvage the experience. But even that fell short. The breakfast was sparse and bland, the restaurants merely passable. Stranger still, their two in-house restaurants operate under an odd restriction: each with its own exclusive menu. So, if you're in the mood for both pav bhaji and noodles, you’re out of luck - one belongs to one kitchen, the other to the next. Yet, amidst the decline, there were still glimmers of warmth. The service staff were kind and attentive, and the check-in was handled with genuine politeness. All in all, this is a place that once had soul, but now seems to carry more echoes than presence. It hasn’t just aged—it has faded.

NillWe did not stay at this hotel but decided to have lunch there, which turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The vegetables served initially were so bad that we had to complain. While the staff promptly replaced the dish, unfortunately, the replacement was just as unsatisfactory in terms of taste and flavor. Overall, the meal lacked freshness and finesse, leaving us unimpressed and regretting our choice to dine here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for a good dining experience.

NillOur experience at Kailash Parbat Hotel, Lonavala was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kishore Keswani, the owner, whose warmth and personal touch made our stay truly memorable. What really stood out was their incredible hospitality. They arranged a luxurious Mercedes SUV for our pick-up and drop-off at the railway station, which added a special and premium touch to the entire experience. It’s rare to see such thoughtful gestures in hospitality! The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every corner of the property reflected top-class standards, with well-maintained rooms, delicious food, and a serene ambiance that made us feel relaxed and pampered. A perfect getaway in Lonavala with service and care that goes above and beyond! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
