Alexander Heritage And Rainforest Resort

We stayed in Forest suit room for 1 night. Rooms and toilets were clean. The room was big enough to accommodate 7 adults and 2 kids easily. The food was fine. The night singing show was great and DJ was good. Things to consider if you are coming with family then don't consider Forest suit rooms as we could hear loud music been played even after 1 am at night and the resort staff didn't bother to stop it. Proper arrangements should be done for eating food the current place is too small to accommodate all people.

I had a wonderful time at Alexander Resort! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful with everything we needed. The music night was absolutely incredible! The main reason I want to come back to this place is the food. It’s so delicious that you just can’t get enough of it!"

Place location good for only those who want to get putup at one place. Couple n groups who want to chill out with music n DJ, at reasonable cost, without much facilities can consider it. So families n group not meant for this loud music, smoking n buzzing should stay away. Not good for one day. Checkout is too early. Hot water was not available. Lunch main vegetables were not at all tasty, with less salt. High T served with Maggie Masala😳 Games were not easily accessible n available to all. Tents were put up like refugee camps. Where ever place was available.

Not worth the money. You will spend a big amount for one day and will not get that level of service. Even the toiletries are local brands. The food they are serving is the same for tents and heritage houses. A very normal food like the thali system. I was expecting luxury for the money i spent for a day but not at all worth it.

Property is good but not well maintained. Activities are just for namesake. Everything is broken. They have pre defined food menu. Not much option there. Rooms are not clean. Located in the dense forest of matheran which is scenic but it is far from the market. You have to do either trek or by horse to reach to this place. Just for the information first you have to take electric auto or horse from the parking lot to reach the market then you have option of horse or trek so this place is approx 5-6km away from parking lot.

We stayed at the property for a night, it was an awful experience, especially the room's cleanliness and food. I feel rooms could have been better and more maintained. The hotel is located quiet at a remote location. If you are planning with family then try other options. The dining area is very small, shabby dining area, tables are like school benches. lunch and breakfast was not good enough. They have no breakfast till 9 AM. Please avoid booking a tent room. Property looks better in photos but the reality is too different.

A perfect place for someone who loves vintage vibes. A lavish room with great amenities, has a perfect sunrise point within the resort and amazing food quality. Sachin sir was co-operative and supportive. We truly had a great weekend here. Looking forward to come here again!

Tents are very dirty and have strong bad smell. Very limited food Verity. Food test is so so level. Not recommended by me to my other friends and family. They allows smoke and drink, that things are very disappointed for family members. They are used afternoons rice to prepare dinner. This wqw clearly noticed by its test. Don't go for it by seeing YouTube videos. All are may be paid.
