Riviera Hotel

I tried few hotels earlier but the kind of service and feel this hotel gave was simply great..u will be treated in the best possible way by every single person there and all are genuine which is imp for twosomes and families...food is inclusive in the package, its like unlimited thali kind and it served the purpose....cleanliness is upto the mark....i liked the structure and the way rooms are placed of the hotel ....charges are descent though initially i felt its high but its worth...service is the strength of the hotel and its a total value for money ....i felt the difference...my overall rating is very good...

1 of the best hotel....we had been there when my child was just 6 month old.....not only that it was our baby 1st memorable trip....thank you Riviera.... :)

Never stay here ..Horrible hotel with horrible rude receptionist. They disrespect guest even before you enter into the hotel. The receptionist is so disrespectful that you spoil your beautiful holiday in the beautiful cities. We had horrifying rude behaviour by the reception while entering and even at the front desk. And the worst part is that the manager can not speak any other language except French (not recommended for international tourist) and receptionist only know how to disrespect the guest, pointing fingers and say NO. And she will yell on you for no reason and she doesn’t have any etiquette’s Ne restez jamais ici .. Horrible hôtel avec une horrible réceptionniste grossière. Ils manquent de respect aux invités avant même que vous n'entriez dans l'hôtel. La réceptionniste est si irrespectueuse que vous gâchez vos belles vacances dans les belles villes. Nous avons eu un comportement horriblement grossier à la réception en entrant et même à la réception. Et le pire, c'est que le directeur ne peut parler aucune autre langue que le français (non recommandé pour les touristes internationaux) et que la réceptionniste ne sait que manquer de respect à l'invité, en pointant du doigt et en disant NON. Et elle vous criera dessus sans raison et elle n'a pas d'étiquette
