It's good but it should be advertised as a Airbnb because doesn't have it's own restraunt the photo you see of the pool you aren't allowed to use belongs to another property whose restraunt will charge 15% service charge to bring it to your room. Remember to take your own food micro and induction is available then you're sorted book on the weekday for best price. Weekend prices are not worth it for this place

A Coastal Gem very close to Mumbai Our stay at Tropical Beach Apartments - Eko Stay was a mix of highs and lows. The property itself is nothing short of amazing – set against the backdrop of breathtaking views, it provides a serene escape into tropical bliss. The supercool rooms with a balcony and kitchen add a touch of luxury, making it an ideal spot for a laid-back vacation. The staff deserves a special mention for their hospitality and attentiveness. From check-in to departure, their service was top-notch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, a hiccup in our experience was the incorrect Google location. It led to some confusion and a bit of wandering before we finally found the property. It's a detail that needs immediate attention for a seamless guest experience. In summary, Tropical Beach Apartments offers a fantastic stay with beautiful rooms, scenic views, and a staff committed to making your stay memorable. Addressing the location discrepancy would elevate the overall experience. Despite this, I would recommend it to those seeking a tropical retreat with style.

Worst stay ever. Pricing is low but they have so many rules you need to pay deposit and then you have to come back by 10:30pm or they will close the gae. They didnt give towels, soap and water. Everytime you ask them why didn’t you inform they are like we have given in written but isn’t their responsibility to atleast inform the person verbally about the rules. Not recommended and its far because of which you wont get any auto or cab to go out from there. Pathetic services.

Very beautiful maintained resort. Everyday prices vary to max. Located inside property of u tan resort in uttan. Mesmerised view of sunset. Very easy to access. Just catch local and get down at Bhayander and catch an auto and he charges 300 bucks and ask the same guy to drop you back. Good place to walk too. Studio apartment and Honestly can even accommodate 7 people easily. Very spacious. Has ground level and top floor. Uttan is closeby, can visit for morning breakfast and beach. Has a beautiful walk in place where you can take morning and evening strolls often accompanied by dogs. Good weekend gateway within the vicinity of Bombay and very well accessed by local train.

View from the room was absolutely scenic and beautiful. Amenities were also decent. Service was not that great though. We have to literally remind them for food and other stuff.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The host is a fraud, she is so unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate! I travelled from a very far place and in an extreme weather. I kept her in loop about our arrival but when we reached, no one was there to receive us or atleast update us about the situation. She kept denying our calls and after cluelessly roaming there for half an hour or so, in a very unprofessional manner she said “I can’t help you, bye” and never received our calls again. The property was so far away from the actual village/town that we even had problems while arriving there so we had to figure out how to get out of there too. So don’t book this apartment, there are many other options available nearby so go for those.

One of the best places I have visited with my family . Had booked 2 rooms . Beautiful clean rooms and the best are the room no 18 and 19 had to pay little premium for those rooms but the view from these 2 rooms were outstanding . 5 star all the way . Care taker Sunil was very helpful in making our trip a memorable one.
