The Myriad Hotel

Okay okay hotel I would say. The staff was confused as hell when I went there to check in... They had listed wrong dates for my stay and the wrong room type too. Before me, there was a big group who checked out, and their room bills were all mixed with each other... There was no proper record or anything. Room Service won't pick up the call unless you call reception and ask them to call back.. Servers were also confused about what's available in their own restaurant... It felt like everyone was high or something 😂. First they put me in a deluxe room, where the curtains were dirty and torn and smelly... Overall the room was smelly too, and then they shifted me to super deluxe one, which is one tier above the deluxe. The super deluxe room was not dirty or smelly, but the furniture placement was not optimal, it felt like they wasted a lot of space because of bad furniture placements. The bathroom door won't stay closed (the handle was loose) unless it was locked from inside. Which is fine for some people but I prefer bathroom doors closed. The water heater was also not that good. Hot water gets finished in just a couple of mins, especially if you're like me who takes nice hot water showers. If your habit is to use buckets for baths, then I guess water shouldn't be a problem. But if you're a shower person, not a good experience. Especially in winters. One good thing was that the room was garden facing, so there was a nice open view from it. And there was a L shaped balcony which was huge. I liked the balcony.

The room was ok but my accompanying team had a bad experience. The buffet breakfast was harrowing experience. They mix both sweet and salt. The front desk staff was non supportive.

Decent hotel with clean rooms and good food. Staff is polite, but service can be slow and rooms are a bit small. Good for a short, budget-friendly stay.

If you’re visiting Mira Road or Bhayandar and need a place for a one-night stay, this hotel on Mira Bhayandar Road is a decent option. It’s not very luxurious, but it’s comfortable enough for a short visit. One of the highlights is a seafood restaurant located just outside and within the hotel complex — definitely worth trying. There’s also a bar on the premises that features live singing. However, I should mention that the music caused quite a bit of disturbance during my stay, which was a downside for me. Thry were playing loud music till about 3am in the night. Food was ok I had only ordered Dinner in the room as I checked in the evening.

We stayed for a day. Service was top notch starting from Reception, Room Service and the Restaurants. Food and ambience was good in the Restaurant. Rooms can be checked before assigning them to the guests. Overall a good experience.

I have seen many hotels in my travel truly Myriad is the best hotel I have seen in my life the friendly staff here is really nice I really liked their hospitality .Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.And at last I would like to say one line, just like the name of your hotel is "Myriad" it sounds like "meri yaad" which I can't forget.

Wedding day ruined!! We booked the presidential suite. We gave hotel a heads up about the makeup artists and the photographers who were going to be in the room for 2 and 1/2 hours. The front desk agent demanded 1000 rupees for each person as a charge for an additional adult. I understand the rates are calculated on double occupancy and it would make sense for a charge if they all were going to stay overnight or even half a day. But for less than 3 hours? And 1000 rupees each? It seemed bizarre. Front desk guy was rude not only to the groom but also to the bride too on the First morning after the wedding. Going over to the room’s condition it was more of a “presidential ruin” Stained towels, dust, old bedsheets and blankets with threads sticking out. The 2 geysers in each bathroom gave hot water for 30 seconds and gave up. First morning of our new day in our lives we had a cold shower in winter season. We ordered breakfast from the hotel’s restaurant itself showing courtesy, the coffee/tea was burned which we sent back, when they brought the new tea which was not good either, they charged us twice for this. I heard good things about the place, hence we booked but due to management change. It’s really bad. Just move to the next option of hotels list you are scrolling, nothing worth experiencing over here.

Food is very average..this is my second experience..really need to improve chefs taste ... there's lots of competition in the market..please make sure of food ..food is expensive but not worthy
