Stayed at this hotel from November 26 to November 30, 2024 in a single-occupancy room and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Juhu Beach, with Starbucks and Copper Chimney right next door, and JW Marriott conveniently across the street. The staff were exceptionally courteous, polite, and attentive, offering excellent room service. Nice ambience and well maintained property. Food option and cleanliness also good. Service at par, value for money. Location was very favourable location for the flyers as they can stay nearby to the T1/2 Airport. Staffs are also co-operative and well behaved. Staffs to remember Taniya, Rishabh and Mr. Sanjeeb for support in urgent booking.

We ate at the Melting pot . Decent variety in Chinese and Indian cuisine . The paneer in all dishes was tender . Portion size was adequate and service was prompt . Was most impressed by courtesy of entire staff . Photo : starter paneer and fried spinach with crispies.
