I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The food was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were fully prepared and had everything set up perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. It was an awesome experience, and I look forward to coming back with my family. Also, Mr. Singh at the reception was fantastic—his hospitality was top-notch! 😎

I stayed at this hotel last night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. While the service was excellent, the quality and taste of the meals didn’t quite meet expectations. Despite this, the overall experience was still positive, and I would consider staying here again, hoping for an improvement in the dining options.

There are mainly 2 components to a hotel stay- the infrastructure and the services provided by the staff. While the hotel is in an excellent location with popular markets, eateries and sights in close proximity (within 2-3min walk), the rooms and hotel could certainly do with a facelift. |The shortfall in the infrastructure is more than made up by the service provided by the excellent staff at Godwin. We asked for a room at the higher floors with a sea view, and were promptly showed 2, and chose the one we liked. Having lived and travelled in mutiple countries through the years, I can vouch for the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Right from the guards at the entrance to the reception staff(Mr. Singh and Mr. Joel) make you feel very welcome. They were always at hand to suggest good eateries and places to shop and visit. Daniel manages the breakfast buffet and the drinks bar on the 9th floor. An absolute gem of a person!! He entertained us with myriad stories from his experience in the Middle East and the other places he worked. Always made our day to see him around. Mr. Tara Singh and the other support staff were always around to cater during breakfast time, even though this was a self service. |We noted that the turn around time for room service was pretty quick, be it ordering food, or sorting the wifi, or even getting a bottle of water.|We will definetely miss the warmth of the people who work at Godwin.

The prior reviews do not seem accurate. Maybe they’re old. We stayed at Godwin Hotel for five nights. The hotel is very modern and upscale. The breakfast was plentiful with about 10 items to choose from. Our room was very modern, clean, comfortable beds, fluffy duvets, cold air conditioning, a kettle, iron, refrigerator, and a safe. The bathroom had hot showers, good water pressure, glass shower doors, which seem very rare in India, and all of the necessities you would need. There is even a blow dryer for your hair. We were in room 804, which had huge windows and a fabulous view. Goresh at the front desk took wonderful care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed and knew us by name when we walked in and out. Thank you Goresh and all the wonderful staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and checked out today. The rooms were reasonably well maintained, and the Deluxe room that I stayed in. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean as well. The hot water shower worked quite good. Unfortunately, the split AC as installed in the room didn't cool as expected. Even the Wi-Fi connection didn't function smoothly. The WiFi could have been much better. The breakfast was quite satisfying with reasonably good varieties to choose from. All in all, a satisfying stay at this hotel.

Clean and good rooms with all amenities. Great service. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Mr. Joel Dsouza has been very helpful and kind.

Hotel Godwin is an absolute rip off! What they advertise and what they provide are way out. This has certainly been the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. The front desk manager blatantly robs you and makes you pay cash instead of using your card (even though a card machine is available) I strongly suspect he pockets this money . The restaurant is constantly running out of certain food items, especially during breakfast. I would not not recommend this hotel at all.

It was a pathetic experience. I paid for deluxe room with king size bed and they tried to offer me Normal room with single beds having not all bathroom essentials like dental kit, shaving kit and bathroom slippers. Room was humid with bed smell. In my two night stay I asked 2 times for WiFi password but I could not get it. They had very dirty terrace bar come restaurant. Simply not recommended.
