Hotel Suba Palace

Such a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good communication and very efficient!! I would definitely rate this hotel higher than a 3 star. Bathrooms clean and nice. Beds very comfortable and room was nicely laid out.

We were a group of 5 friends who stayed at the hotel. We reached by 11 am and check-in time was 2 pm. But though our rooms were not ready when we arrived, they gave us a temporary room to freshen up. That was thoughtful of them. Eventually we got interconnected rooms. It was all very neat, service was excellent, staff were very friendly and they even gave us complimentary pastries. Their service made our mini reunion extra special. I would definitely go back to the place - both for its excellent location and the amazing service. Thank you team Suba Palace.

Rooms are clean, and well maintained. good breakfast with decent spread. Above all hospitality is at its finest, not even a single rude soul in the vicinity. We stayed for 4 days and Every morning we woke up seeing happy and welcoming faces. Special mention for the kichen and the manager Mr.Taffiq if I remember correctly. Thank you guys for treating us so well.

Very friendly hotel. They also let us shower at the end of our last day, even though we already checked out. Everything is clean and the location is superb. Breakfast is okay, they make eggs freshly.

One of the Finest stay I have had in this Hotel till now. Staff behaviour and politeness is one of the highlight of this hotel including guard and lift man. Food taste is awesome. Room cleanliness is also nice. Location is also very nice just 3-4 minutes walking distance from GATEWAY OF INDIA and Taj Hotel

It's hard to find good hotels in Mumbai but this one was great. Price was good, service and staff were very respectful and nice. They gave us a free late checkout. The hotel is very clean and it's great the don't have carpets and have opted for marble flooring. I would stay again if I needed to in Mumbai. Only downside is it's breakfast area is a little small and can get crowded at busier times meaning you have to wait. Selection was good with chai and custom eggs.

We've loved our stay at Suba Palace and have found the whole staff to be extremely kind! Anas at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped answer any questions we had. Would love to stay here again!

We are originally from Mumbai and hence we were glad to get a place in the heart of Colaba. The name made it sound quaint, but it a clean and classy place in affordable price. It’s walking distance to the Gate way of India, Colaba Causeway, and next lane to the Iconic Taj Mahal hotel and Bade Miya. The service is extremely friendly and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and meet any service requests. The room was spacious enough with a separate space for our teenager too. We loved it.
