NillAt one of the most iconic places in Mumbai at Colaba, just behind Hotel Taj. It's a very old but we'll maintained hotel. Rooms are decent. If u wish to be around Colaba, Nariman Point this hotel can be a good choice. You can hang out till late in the night around the hotel with numerous restaurants, pubs, bars, food joints.

NillLocated right behind the iconic Taj Hotel, this hotel offers a decent stay for anyone looking to stay in South Mumbai for a day or two at an affordable cost. However, there are some issues which one needs to be aware of - 1. There are no parking facilities of the hotel, and since the location is in a congested lane, if you have a car, you will have to be lucky to find a decent parking spot, 2. The entrance to the hotel is also not very prominent. If you miss it, then - given the one-way lane - you will have to make another turn before coming to the gate. The landmark is opposite the Starbucks (of Taj), 3. The reception and the path to the rooms is extremely narrow. Hence, expect it to be a bit crowded during peak seasons. That all being said, the rooms are decent with all the usual amenities. The sheets, towels etc. were clean. The service was also okay and I did not observe any issues. The food quality is good, not top-of -the-line, but definitely not something to worry about. I would say, if you have some work in SoBo for a day or two, and you are traveling solo, or as a couple, you can definitely stay here as it is very close to Nariman Point and that neighborhood.

NillHad a pathetic stay at diplomat we reached there around 11 pm as we were coming from Shirdi if you look at the mmt listing it is clearly mentioned double bed I was provided a single bed for me and my wife and was told we can combine the bed which was not at all comfortable Then suddenly to my surprise I noticed my upper wall was leaking They made the excuse of rain and no other room is available & have to adjust in it when i got offended they shifted me to another room which was nearer to the club with volume music our whole room was banging They again asked me to change the room for each earlier there was no room was available suddenly there is rooms availability my wife had an early morning flight and by this time it had already been 1230 pm In the morning I changed my room breakfast options are also pretty less most of the items are repeated considering the price breakfast is below average I won't recommend anyone to stay there as there are multiple decent options available nearby

★★★★Just back after a very pleasant 3-day break in Mumbai staying at the YWCA International Guest House. Nice 4th floor room overlooking the Institute of Science and CJ Hall, with twin beds and plenty of cupboard space. Also an effective air conditioner, two fans, a flat screen TV and a large bathroom. In addition to all this, a good breakfast and dinner were included. What's more, the whole place was extremely clean at all times.||There was some traffic noise during the daytime and evenings (Madame Cama Road can be busy!) but shutting the balcony door and window reduced this a great deal. Apart from that, it would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs to sit in -- instead of just an upright chair near the desk.||The staff are most helpful.
