This hotel was a major letdown. The room was filthy, the staff shortage was noticeable, and the location wasn't easily found on Google Maps. Complimentary breakfast meant just bread and tea. You can only enter through an elevator. The place had a shady vibe, and the room was a dust-ridden disaster with broken ceilings, mirrors, and even mosquitoes. No hot water, and they didn't refund the full amount. It's hands down the worst hotel I've been to. The photos are deceptive, and it's overpriced. Avoid it.

I recently stayed at Colaba Suites with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were not only clean but also available exactly when we needed them. Overall, it was a great choice for a family getaway.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The room and the attached bathroom are small. But considering that this is in Mumbai and the budget, it is alright. However, cleanliness can be improved. The ambience has a heavy smell. Also, a dedicated space for breakfast will be a good touch. Having food inside small rooms is inconvenient.

The accommodations are simple, small and clean. The rooms are scrubbed down every day, floors are marble, and the owners are very helpful. If you are sensitive to sound I recommend that you ask for a room in the corridor behind the reception desk. I appreciate that the staff noticed I was not feeling well and sent me to a 24 hour pharmacy with a doctor that is 2 blocks away. Staff also brought a chair to my room when they realized I was working at night (because of business hours in the US). Internet service supports high quality video calls.

I booked this hotel because of the location. The location was so good that most of the tourist spots are near and also the best place for shopping. I saw the photos on the website and was a bit disappointed as they are smaller than in the photos. But the check-in was easy and felt a bit safe in this hotel even though the looks of the hotel doesn't seem to be. The Receptionist Zunaid was really courteous and gave me a lot of suggestions for me as I am new here. Also made sure that I am safe. As a solo traveler, I felt this way.

Rooms are in pathetic condition. Painting also not done. 2 single beds in a room and can not be joined. AC did not work properly. It's in 5th floor of a building, there's is no straircase only a lift. Bedsheets are dirty and water bottle was not provided until unless asked. No pantry

First of all the hotel is very much shady, the elevator goes to the 5th floor which is the only entrance. The room was not clean and full of dust. We booked the hotel for 4 days and I couldn’t stay even for an hour. They didn’t refund the full amount, no hot water, dirty handles, broken ceiling, broken mirrors, mosquitoes and so on. They also only offer ‘tea’ for breakfast even though we’ve included breakfast at the time of booking. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
