Hotel Regal Plaza

First let me say the Owner/Manager is an AMAZING person who cares for each of his clients. While I stayed there he ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. When I had to travel to another city in India and had too much luggage for my trip he helped me to hold the excess luggage until I returned ! I was ABSOLUTELY THANKFUL for his help. The beds are very soft and nice pillows. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice. The AC is perfect and bathroom very clean. The location is PERFECT right next to the world famous CAFE MUNDEGAR — literally NEXT to it! If you come tell Uber CAFE MUNDEGAR and that’s the best way to locate it. As you walk out of the hotel the area is prime shopping and within 5 minutes walking distance to the Gate of India and Taj Mahal Palace hotel. Food restaurants are EVERYWHERE near his hotel so it’s the perfect location. Easy access to taxis right outside the door and Uber works well. The rates per night are by far the best in Mumbai and I’ve come to Mumbai a lot: you won’t find a better deal. If you want a clean hotel, at a great price in the Perfect location this is the hotel !

Bed bugs, cockroaches, construction noise on both sides, tiny room, grumpy staff, hot water only on request. Steer clear.

Rooms were nice and smell ok Daikin ac was chilling so good Room near reception has nice road view Common toilet is very small and only 1 toilet was there. If staying take the room with attached toilet.

Not worthy of money. Extremely small room size Insufficient storage space for luggage Limited walking space between furniture Poor layout, making it hard to move around and common toilet 🙌👎.

Great location, close to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful design and was well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Hotel Manager is trying to do side cash booking. Provided misleading information and very unprofessional. He looted us with fake booking lucky we gave him only Rs1000. Never ever go back to this hotel staff scammer. Be aware deal with written messages as they always trying to send voice messages.

Stayed here for a few nights and everything was good, cheap, location perfect, kind receptionists and staff working here. Only downside is rooms could use some renovation and cleaning but that’s nit picking for the price you pay. The receptionist helped us to book a train also which was highly appreciated. Would definitely recommend for the budget backpacker wanting a safe place to stay in Mumbai!

Good location. Walking distance from Taj hotel. Rooms are very basic and small. No toiletries and towels provided. Staff was good. It's the location and the price only why you should stay here.
