Average budget hotel, small congested rooms, best thing is location, good for a stay for a day or two, no inhouse restaurant but they take food orders and bring food from opposite restaurant. Tea and coffee is served. Value for money.

Decent place to spend a night before travel. Cramped rooms but neat and clean. Washrooms are very neat and functional. Staff is helpful too.

I'm a resident of Mumbai and came here to spend some time with my friends. However, I'm being told that locals (mumbaikars) from Mumbai are not allowed to book this hotel, which is surprising and confusing. MUMBAIKAR'S RAISE VOICE!

3.5 * Based on the cost/budget it's an average place. Service and location is good. Room interior and lights give an old building feeling, which should be improved. The cost looks more compared to room quality.

Its not clean and tidy. Bad smell from the toilet. There is no enough space in the triple bedroom. Totally different from what they showed in the agoda app. Bed cover is not clean totally not worth to the price we paid. Blanket also not good

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. CSMT is walkable. The hotel only stays for food and a lot of options are available just outside.

These are really small rooms. Hardly 120 sqft with furniture. The toilet too is really compact. They don’t have a proper dining area, 2 tables with 4 chairs each placed at near the reception counter. For elderly, room should be booked inn ground floor as the staircase is not properly designed and one might trip. The flight width is less than 8inches, hence risky. The rooms don’t smell good due to dampness. On terms of service, they are good. Hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, food is available just next to the property and is really good. Location can be considered good as it is near CST, else it is situated in a very busy locality and the lane is filled with cars. The stay charges w.r.t room facility & service is way higher. The pictures in various sites might be misleading.
