This hotel is very messy. The staff here is worse than that. The service is very useless. Cleaning and staff behavior is very unethical. The staff at the special Chembur Hotel is just sitting there cheating. These people provide simple rum under the name of good room. And steal your money. But they cheat you by giving fake bills. Now this hotel is worse than no zero rating here. Definitely avoid if anyone is going there.

I had booked this hotel . My check-in time was 11am. I visited hotel in morning 6.15am. But I found hotel staff behaving very rudely as if we are living free in their hotel. I being doctor told them plz arrange for me early check-in or if rooms not available I seat on sofa n sleep their as I had journey over night. But staff where Soo much rudely talking n hopeless .No humanity atall. Also I found hotel Soo dirty n area of hotel also not good for family couples living. Soo suggest to all my friends never book this hotel to live. I had given 1 star but this hotel deserves zero star. This hotels should change the hotel staff otherwise they might take his hotel business to zero level n sale out it. Totally foolish staff .

Extrelemly slow service and not on point of time. Room was booked and the hotel was informed we'll be at the point jn about half hour. When arrived at the spot we had to wait for almost half an hour to 45 mins to what they told to wait for 5-10-15 mins. I dont think cleaning a room does take that long. Never waste time coming here. Amateur amd unprofessional attendants.

Pathetic place. I stayed for two nights on a business trip, booked through OYO. They did not even clean the room. No ventilation, room full of dust, dirty sheets, cockroaches were flying inside at night, bathroom was filthy too with insects all over. Although the people were courteous, and they did clean up after my complains, they are not doing their job well. Would never recommend this hotel or OYO.

Worst place I've ever stayed. We had booked 3 rooms through OYO rooms and used them for 3 days. The rooms were never cleaned,never they changed the bedsheets. We could see rats running inside the room. The heater was not working at all. Most horrible part of all is that THEY SHIFTED LUGGAGES and BELONGINGS FROM ONE ROOM TO ANOTHER WITHOUT OUR CONCERN on the 2nd day. We gave them the room keys for cleaning and they moved everything to another room, causing many things to get misplaced. We had to literally argue with the receptionist about all these and he had a very cold response. He was always trying to justify himself rather than listening to us. When we spoke about the OYO ratings he said he don't care about that,OYO has nothing to do with their business. I'll never ever in my life stay in this hotel or recommend to anyone.

Close to a busy street of Chembur camp, variety of food available in the street. Hotel does not have restaurant, however complementary breakfast is provided. Rooms are good. However few room don't have exhaust fan.

Most filthy hotel that I have stayed in my 30 years of travelling. better to stay in a Dharamshala. Everyday there were earthworms and other insects in the washroom and rooms. stinking rooms. Stinking smell of phenyl which they used everyday to kill the worms and insects. despite showing them everyday for 3 day , nothing was done. I got stuck bcos I had booked with OYO rooms for 3 days in advance payment , who did nothing to redeem situation. OYO ties up with such D graded places and charges twice the amount .

Good Hotel and it was nearest to my meeting point. It is good for business travel. It could have 5 star rating but due to room service issue. Like response time and way was bad.
