FabExpress Manas Residency

I stayed at Manas Residency and it was a complete nightmare. The rooms were filthy, with dust, stains, and an overall unhygienic feel that made it impossible to relax. What’s worse, they charged me for breakfast as part of the package but never served any. When I asked about it, they casually said there's no kitchen! This is clearly a scam being run in collaboration with FabHotels – charging for services they have no intention of providing. Tried calling the reception multiple times and no one ever picked up. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away and spend your money somewhere that respects its guests.

My experience at the property was good. For entering the hotel we have to enter through shop spaces of the market. No lift is available in the Hotel. Also,street dogs keep sleeping near the stairs to enter hotel.

Terrible experience at Manas Residency, booked through FabHotels. The room was dirty, reception never answered calls, and the overall service was completely unprofessional. I asked for a refund during my stay and was bluntly refused. FabHotels later offered a token compensation, which is too little, too late. I trusted them based on past good experiences, but this stay was a complete letdown. Clearly, they’re not vetting their listed properties properly—just check the hotel’s terrible Google reviews. Avoid this place, and be cautious with FabHotels going forward.

Not a good experience. It was a late in and late check-out and fab hotels didn't conveyed that. The rooms were not in good condition the reception guy was a bit rude. Waste of money. And place feels very fishy not a good choice when travelling with family.

Rooms are not as shown in their pictures and it’s all very congested , and no breakfast till 9 am if you’re having a complimentary one , if you pay they will get it early as well , and just bread and omelette for breakfast for complimentary. And very pathetic overall experience after paying higher amount .

Terribly small and dirty room. Dirty bed. Uncleaned toilet. But decent and trustworthy frontoffice and kitchen staff. I would never choose this hotel again.

Room not clean, room is very small, cleaning service,service staff is not good,look like lodge,600 rs per day toilet space very small,hetar not working location is market ,food ,nashta very very local type provide not good..

Rooms are not same as shown in pictures , there was problem of drainage in bathroom and toilet . Much hygiene needed
