I recently stayed at Mirage and had a truly wonderful experience. What stood out the most to me was the incredible staff — from the reception to the restaurant, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.||A special mention goes to Vinton, who was our waiter during breakfast. He was absolutely fantastic — courteous, professional, and made sure everything was perfect every morning. His warm smile and thoughtful service made our mornings even better.||The breakfast itself was also a highlight of our stay — delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff worked efficiently and with such positive energy, it really set a great tone for the day.||Kudos to the entire team, especially those at the front desk and in the restaurant. Your hospitality made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Amazing hotel in Mumbai. The check in was very personalized and fast thanks to Sarita. She was very helpful and provided an excellent service during our time at the Hotel. In general all staff were friendly. The restaurant is a great spot to watch the sunset and have some drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the last day we received a special dish - very appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Mirage Hotel in Mumbai for c.15 days and had a wonderful experience throughout. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping maintained high standards every day of my stay.||The staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made a big difference during such a long visit. The service was consistently good, and I never faced any delays or issues.||My room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great space to relax after busy days.||The food was well prepared and with a good variety. The service provided by all the staff in the restaurant was quite outstanding. ||Shankar, one of the staff at the restaurant was polite and put in extra efforts to serve. ||All in all, a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience overall to say. From bed, pillows to bathrobes it was just great. The ambience is beautiful. Staff is gorgeous and helpful. ||Not only that the front desk staff (Fahad n Prasenjit) were really helpful. |Nonetheless the breakfast at Intercontinental is definitely not to miss.. it has a great variety and options that will suit everyone. The variety of all types is there from paratha, idlis as well as sausages n eggs. Think of something and it ll be there.. ||I had bad throat during my stay but the breakfast staff was so thoughtful that they brought me hot ginger lemon water every time I walked in. It may be small thing to think but it was something very thoughtful of them..|||Extra thanks to gorgeous staff - Prerna, Imelda, Saloni, Abhilasha, Priyanka, Chef Mahesh, Chef Sunil, Chef Rushi were just splendid in making our breakfast experience totally memorable.

I booked this stay for parents for a wedding event. I also wanted to feel the IHG hospitality…I’m very happy that every staff in the hotel treat them really well. my mom said that “every agent from the checkin till checkout treat us with a smile and we’re also enthusiastic about assisting them” the room was top notch… the house keeping were great… special shoutout to Mr.Ali from front desk and also Mr.Tejas for assisting me pre checkin. I would also like to thank Mr.Sathosh for following up with everything!! The hotel also is in a great location. We would love to visit again!

I had a wonderful quick stay for a night with my son at this hotel. The experience was outstanding right from the warm welcome in the lobby through to the reception. The team was incredibly helpful, which really set a relaxing and positive tone for our stay. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city - in one of the poshest of the areas. Special thanks to Prasenjit at the front desk, whose courteous and professional service stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible room, and I was very grateful for the upgrade. The view from our room was truly exhilarating, offering a fantastic panorama of Marine Drive, the Wankhede Stadium, and the vast Arabian Sea. My overall experience was simply excellent!

My stay in January 2025 at this hotel was wonderful. I chose this hotel for its excellent location and good reputation for service and I was not disappointed. The hotel room was extremely well appointed and the service provided right from check-in to departure was outstanding. I had ordered food from the L&S Bistro. They made good recommendations and delivered the food and drinks in a timely manner. Most importantly, the food taste and presentation was very good. The breakfast experience was solid. L&S Bistro had great choices and the service was very good. I wished they offered complementary bottled water upon request during the included breakfast buffet (they do provide plenty bottles it in the rooms, so why not at breakfast) Overall, The experience was excellent.
