InterContinental Marine Drive-Mumbai by IHG

The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The range of food for breakfast was great meaning you could have a different meal everyday. The chefs at the cook stations were more than happy to customise any of the dishes. The crepes and eggs in particular were a highlight. The hotel is perfectly located to watch the sunset in the bay and has a great pool to escape the city heat. Highly recommended for any stay!

I booked this stay for parents for a wedding event. I also wanted to feel the IHG hospitality…I’m very happy that every staff in the hotel treat them really well. my mom said that “every agent from the checkin till checkout treat us with a smile and we’re also enthusiastic about assisting them” the room was top notch… the house keeping were great… special shoutout to Mr.Ali from front desk and also Mr.Tejas for assisting me pre checkin. I would also like to thank Mr.Sathosh for following up with everything!! The hotel also is in a great location. We would love to visit again!

As a long term IHG and Ambassador member, I’m always grateful for the high quality consistency across the Intercontinental brand. My most recent trip was to Mumbai and I selected the Intercontinental as my home base to explore this dynamic city. The Head Concierge, Parsit Singh Kalsi assisted me weeks before I arrived as I planned my trip and was instrumental in ensuring my needs were met during my stay. Based on my requests, he scheduled tours across my stay which were all 5 star experiences. Further, he assisted with trip related tasks which went above and beyond. He is an exceptional member of the IHG team. I was upgraded to a junior suite overlooking Marine Drive and started and ended each day enjoying that amazing view. The room amenities are generous. The WiFi and AC work well throughout the property. I appreciated the food offerings across the 3 restaurants. The staff in food services are well trained and professional. A special thanks to LS server Justin for his daily interactions. This property is a classic benchmark for the Intercontinental portfolio: truly a gem in the IHG crown.

I stayed at this hotel for some time, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was decent—nothing particularly remarkable, but reasonable for the price and location. It had everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and I had no major issues. However, one aspect that could be improved is the professionalism of the reception staff. There was no serious complaint, but I felt the messaging around the use of hotel facilities could have been clearer. A more polished and mature approach in communication would have made things smoother. That aside, the stay was generally pleasant, and the hotel delivered what one would expect for the price paid.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Mumbai. It’s a beautiful hotel that is a perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. We stayed in a premium ocean view room and loved looking out over Marine Drive. Santosh and the whole team of staff couldn’t do enough to look after you. The food at breakfast was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was one of the best curries we have ever had. The service was excellent too. I would definitely recommend the hotel for an amazing stay in Mumbai, looking out on to Marine Drive at Sunrise or Sunset was amazing. We had an early checkout and the takeout breakfast the staff prepared for us was amazing and the tote bag as a reminder gift was an appreciated nice touch. The hotel is a real oasis of calm in this crazy but amazing city.

We have had a great trip in Mumbai everyone here has been fantastic! with emelda and Sunil helping at the Resturant and all of the other staff have been extremely helpful and kind. Giving the children care and consideration at all times. The rooms were lovely, the food and breakfast fantastic and swimming on the roof was great!! ||Thank you all very much

I had a wonderful quick stay for a night with my son at this hotel. The experience was outstanding right from the warm welcome in the lobby through to the reception. The team was incredibly helpful, which really set a relaxing and positive tone for our stay. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city - in one of the poshest of the areas. Special thanks to Prasenjit at the front desk, whose courteous and professional service stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible room, and I was very grateful for the upgrade. The view from our room was truly exhilarating, offering a fantastic panorama of Marine Drive, the Wankhede Stadium, and the vast Arabian Sea. My overall experience was simply excellent!
