InterContinental Marine Drive-Mumbai, an IHG Hotel

Can’t really go wrong with IHG hotels, but giving One star less here because of 1 staff member at the rooftop bar who was showing some attitude towards us. Besides her, everything was amazing. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view. Staff were attentive, well mannered and friendly (shout out to Ali he was amazing during our check in and subsequent days). Quite a small pool but that’s not really a deal breaker - does the job. Felt safe in the hotel which was very important to us. Location is rather convenient, close enough to the touristy area but also to Marine Lines where you can find good authentic indian food.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night before we left for our flight back to the UK. We could definitely have stayed longer. Our upgrade to the corner suite was amazing. The suite is beautiful. The bar on the rooftop is a lovely place for a drink. We had a view of Marine Drive. Aamzr on the front desk was welcoming and generous, we were greeted with kindness - thank you! Would recommend!

My husband and I visited Mumbai for two nights and had an incredible stay at The Intercontinental Marine Drive. From our welcome to our departure, the hospitality from the staff was top notch! Fahad helped us check in and did so as we sat in the lobby (very lovely since we had been traveling for over 24 hours) quickly and with a friendly demeanor. The hotel is nice and spacious with all the amenities you need, including the restaurants, pool and rooftop bar. Our room was very spacious with an ocean view (it was wonderful) and a big bathroom and bed. We slept very comfortably which was important for us especially being so tired. The servers in the restaurants and bars were kind and attentive. And everyone at reception was incredibly kind and helpful with all our questions. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mumbai!

First impression when you walked into hotel with warm welcome.Person who checked in her name Sarita was very polite and friendly.She walked in with me & my son & showed everything what we can expect from intercontinental with details. Never had a this kind of experience in 4 continents I travelled in my life. 10/10 .perfect score you can get in Olympics.Other staffs were great too!According to me out of all factors affect like (cation,amenity,cleanliness,service) service plays major role & you guys did it!

This is one of the best hotels Iv stayed at. The rooms are clean, well maintained, everything works so seamlessly, staff are great! Hope to return and stay at Mirage everytime I am in Mumbai now. Except at front desk, one of the receptionists Titus was very unhelpful (answer to every question was no) but others on that desk are excellent.

Right from the time we entered, we really liked everything about Mirage! A very courteous and motivated staff, the cleanliness, the timely service.. everything was impressive! The Magnolia restaurant had an amazing spread and our servers were prompt and served with a smile! We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

We were a family of seven who stayed one night and day at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the service was excellent. The staff was so courteous, helpful and flexible. Particularly Mr. Srijith and Prasenjit were wonderful. The whole experience at the hotel made our Mumbai visit particularly memorable. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Location - Beautiful part of the city, a 30-45min drive from the airport. Introduction- I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Mumbai Marine Drive, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and efficient service. Special Shoutout - A special shoutout to Shreejit, the front desk manager, who welcomed me with a smile and upgraded me to a beautiful Junior Suite. More about the room - The room was spacious, modern, and had a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. The housekeeping team was also top-notch, ensuring the room was always immaculate. Food & Beverage- I dined at two of their restaurants: the All-Day Dining and the rooftop bar, Dome. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Rodney and Ashutosh. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was fantastic, particularly at the Dome with its stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Final Verdict - Overall, my stay at the InterContinental Mumbai Marine Drive was truly wonderful. The hotel's prime location on Marine Drive, coupled with its luxurious accommodations and excellent service, made it an unforgettable experience.
