OYO 66188 Abad Residency

Its listed with the name of Abad residency, but the actual name is Hotel Amber. We had difficulties reaching there. Its on the 3rd floor, no lift. Not good if you are traveling with kids. The manager there said that Oyo gives money problems so you have to pay in cash. We has already paid through Oyo app so had to pay double. Then we struggled for 6 hours just to get through Oyo customer service to get the refund. Room was Ok, the furniture was dusty, bedsheets were dirty. Won't recommend it to anyone even if you are my enemy. They don't have their own kitchen so you have to order food from outside. Overall a very bad experience.

No lift and you have to carry all your luggages to 3rd floor. Hotel room is very small and unclean. 1 star is only for location and good food.

Everything is good but 2 negative points Dont have parking nearby And rooms are little bit congested But staff is good, and its truely couple friendly

Shame on the name of OYO.. This is actually hotel Amber and they rename the hotel when reviews go bad.
