Excellent place to stay with family. Service is really good. My only concern: The elevator was too too slow with a very little bit space inside it. Otherwise, everything else was good. I recommend this hotel to stay with family.

Worst stay ever! The rooms are so cramped, it feels like living in a closet. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and there was absolutely no service when I needed something. For the price they’re charging, this place is a total joke. Avoid this hotel and find somewhere better to stay.

Very unhygienic and extremely small rooms, no ventilation, feels like a store room. Though you’ll see that rooms are too small in many reviews, you won’t understand the extent of it until you visit. Will not recommend for people with a family that is looking for a pleasant time.

This hotel was a nightmare! The rooms are so tiny, it’s uncomfortable. The owner, who’s always at the reception, was rude and made the stay even worse. No professionalism at all, and for the price they’re asking, it’s a complete rip-off. No service, no care for the guests. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Horrible hotel! The room was tiny, nothing like the pictures online. The owner was sitting at the reception the whole time and had the worst attitude. They don’t seem to care about their guests at all. On top of that, it’s overpriced for the quality they provide, and the service is non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

In this hotel i stayed two days and located at the centre of site seeing places (Susson dock port, Hotel Taj , Naval, Gateway of India, etc ). I liked it but it was very expensive. . The safety and check-in process is taking time but it is Good for us. Only one issue that is lift. It is too small and the remaining everything is well.

I was stayed here for 3 night with my wife and kid. Before booking I was worried about cleanliness of the room. but room was very well clean. Below is my opinion rating. Cleaning: 5 / 5 Staff Behaviour: 5/5 ( Very much polite) Service time: 5/5 ( very quick service by staff members) Location: 5/5 Facilities: 3.5 / 5 (No water, No detail kit, No sower gell, Only they will give 2 soaps) Lift Facility: 3/5 (Old type very small and slow Lift) Food: 3/5 ( Charging costly compared to local market) Although this was a average hotel. I can say location wise this is one of the good hotel. I am recommending this hotel for Family for its cleanliness, Service and staff behaviour
