Hotel Kamal

You enter the hotel located at 2nd floor of the building by taking the stairs. We booked two rooms through OYO. The check-in time is at 12:00 PM but we entered at 10:30 AM, so thanks for early check-in. The room and washroom was clean. However, the blankets didn't had any cover. Pros: Cleanliness, Location Cons: small rooms and washroom,No windows in most of the rooms

We stayed here for a few hours for a night sleep. For the low tariff. it's somewhat ok. The location is closer to the station. The staff is courteous. (In fact we got this room booked by OYO as the other property booked was pathetic). We had 2 different beds.Linen was kind of ok - neither bad nor too good. The approach lane would not be looking great, however the approach stairs have been modified and kept neatly within the premises. Toilet was ok and we had hot water also coming. One good thing is, they have put the tiles in the room and bathroom, which was kept clean. If you want to have a short stay and don't look for great ambience or facilities, this is definitely a place you can look for.

This hotel is located in market area so, the road is not wide enough and also very crowded. There is no lift inside hotel so, if you have luggage you have to take it to the 2nd floor through staircase and if you ask help from staff they will charge money for doing that.. Prices are reasonable

I have visited this place well maintained and clean rooms ac heater was working fine every thing was OK apart from being in second floor it doesn't have lift. Young adults can manage it. It's a budget hotel and it's in Main business aera, everyone visiting to mohammed ali road should book in this hotel especially Muslims.

You get what is promised. Rooms are small but that's what you get for the low rates in a city like Mumbai. I would say Value for Money. The people are great and service was good, although the breakfast got delayed a bit due to some festivities nearby. The area is not posh. It's a crowded market place area. But being in a central location allows easy travel for quick official work.

The receptionist talks too rudely and does not stick to his words. The hotel service is the worst They changed their hotel room rates after check-in
