Hotel Apsara - NearJ J Hospital

I don't understand how the hotel for 3.6 stars review, it doesn't even deserve 0 star and in fact it should be treated negative 5 stars. Disgusting rooms, rude person at reception, very dirty surroundings, way way way too high charge whereas it deserves just Rs500 & below for 1 night. Never ever choose this hotel.

Terrible experience. Not suggested. Stayed for one night on 5th may 25. Dirty room. Cockroach available. Ac working good If anyone intrested to book first visit check rooms and then confirm. In online booking they do fraud. I booked for 4people and they provided single bed. Also no refundable.

Booked through MMT, and the hotel denied check in saying that we only take offline booking. Bad experience with this one.

It's one of the worst hotels in that area. The room is highly infested by cockroaches. The guy at the reception will talk to you as if he is least interested. There are no lifts. The TV doesn't work properly. They even cut out the Wi-Fi just hours before we were about to leave. Bathrooms are dirty, nothing is maintained. The bedsheets had stain of food which they try to hide by covering it with blanket. Place like Mumbai doesn't deserve this kind of service. It was a nightmare staying there. Please think twice before booking your stay at Hotel Apsara. It's a total waste of money.

You have to climb the third floor to reach the room. The room was very small, and was completely occupied only by bed. Definitely not worth for money. The outside scene was very horrifying as there was garbage area down and there were lots of vultures flying in the sky, so we preferred to keep curtains closed. Leftovers of Non-veg was kept outside the room on second floor which can easily disturb your mood. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and equipments were working.
