Hotel O Amber Palace

The room was congested, but it could be manageable for a single person. However, the staff—especially the person at the reception—charged double the amount and then argued unnecessarily. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I made the reaervation 4 days before. And paid a 16m room. Wen we arrive they give a horrible room with 7.5m. The toilet was completely durty and the trash was completely full and smelling very bad. The answer we had it was the last room available that day. So i paid 3220rs for a room they give me another. After this i need to pay a 30rs botle of water.... Very bad experience. So far the worst hotel in India that we staied.

one of the worst experiences ever had in a hotel. the rooms are way to small, no windows. in the night there was a loud noise, so i asked 2 a.m. in the reception for the reason. they told me "it.s only the air compressor, we don.t hear no noise". i got another room, where there was no noise but also no hot water. the so called breakfast is below lousy. i told the stuff that the butter they serve is obviously gone and expired. they ignored me and i suppose they used the same for the food we ordered in the evening. since 2 days my stomach is completely broken and i have to recover bcs of that. but the food of course was quite costly. the receptionist only smiled once: when he got thr cash. the rest of the time he seemed busy with his phone and uninterested doing his job. the area of the hotel is terrible, and should at least be a reason for a little lower room prices. the good things were: the rooms are cl2an and well maintained, the internet they offered was fast and the cleaning stuff were super friendly. at least those guys appreciated to have a job. i cannot recommend anybody wasting his money in this place. it.s way overpriced and u might catch overdue food and a bad stomach.

Interior is astheticaly nice. Complimentary breakfast is tasty and has a healthy and colourful menu. Staff is courteous. Bathroom have bugs (check the snapshot). Room next to lift and staircase have a lot of disturbance. If AC is bad for your bones there is no natural ventilation. Surrounding Area of hotel is dirty and totally not recommended to roam after wee hours.

Very good place to stay in Location: walkable distance from Sakinaka metro station Ambience: great Staffs: so super. Very friendly and supportive Cleanliness: very good, well maintained Room size: Bit tiny Complementary Breakfast: thought the verities and less, the taste and quality is just awesome. Served hot and fresh You have tea/ coffee maker in the room. Toiletries will be provided. Price: worth for money Overall very good!

Visited this hotel on 11/9/2019 with my 29 friends, there are three main issues we faced.
1. Small rooms (Only one person can accommodate, but hotel staff won't tell you this)
2. Improper management
3. Impolite and false behavior of hotel staff.
4. Location of this hotel is not very good, it is a very crowded area
5. NO PARKING area
6. We don't feel secure.
HOTEL STAFF was very very bad. We really disappointed by hotel service.

Well located... the rating is purely for the excellent services rendered coupled with one of the most cleanest of the rooms i have seen. Kudos to the staff. At the cost of being repeatetive, the staff and their service make up for all or any deficiency, if at all...

The rooms were very small I'm size .we went there in group and I thus I was able to have a look at many rooms. One room that we got was smaller than even a bath room. Suffocating rooms with no windows . Breakfast is also not worth it. Even for mineral water he have to move outside and bring it at our own . They do not respond well about the queries. The nearby surrounding of hotel is also very crowded. My experience was not good
