OYO Hotel Golden Nest Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

I had a terrible experience during my stay here. 1. Room Condition: The first room offered had filthy blankets and even paan spat in the corner. The second room provided wasn’t any better — the bathroom was extremely dirty with mold in every corner. 2. Facilities: The shower didn’t work properly, and the geyser failed to provide consistent hot water. 3. Hygiene & Safety: I saw rats in the room multiple times, which was both shocking and completely unacceptable. 4. Staff Attitude: The reception staff, especially the first person we dealt with, had an indifferent and careless attitude. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. If possible, I would rate this property 0 stars.

In my recent stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing the room was not clean up on arrival the bad had clearly not been changed with visible hair and stains on the sheets it was absolutely disgusting incompletely and unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer even basic hospitality standards despite bringing the issue to the attention of the front is it took us for anyone to respond and when housekeeping finally arrived they were rude and seem annoyed to even be there no apology no urgency and replacement sheets didn't even sim fresh it said like we were being completely ignored. This level of service is shocking cleanliness should be the bare minimum in a hotel and this place failed miserably I would never recommend this hotel to anyone spend your money somewhere that actually respects its guests and values hygiene..

Terrible First Experience – Never Again I booked an OYO hotel near the Mumbai airport for the first time, and it was a complete nightmare. As soon as I reached the reception, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He just said, "If you want, take it. Otherwise cancel." That’s not how you treat a customer! The room was in horrible condition — the AC wasn’t working, the room was dirty, and there were cockroaches crawling around. To make it worse, I even saw a rat in the room! The toilet was in a disgusting state, and clearly not cleaned at all. It was impossible to sleep in such an unhygienic and uncomfortable place. I seriously regret booking this hotel. OYO should take strict action against such properties. Totally unacceptable

I initially came across this hotel via Google and later found it listed on the OYO platform. However, I noticed a significant mismatch between the images displayed and the actual condition of the rooms. The pictures appear to be heavily edited and misleading. The room provided was in a very poor condition. It had a strong, unpleasant smell – likely due to fungal growth – making it extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. During the night, I experienced continuous disturbance due to the noise of rats on the ceiling, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The washroom was also in an extremely unhygienic state and clearly lacked proper maintenance.

Pathetic everytime I book this hotel I face new disappointments today i entered and on entry they don't have pocha or anything, unhygienic rooms filled with cockroaches, don't even think for staying here i only came here for few hours as I had flight from t1 , the reception is so careless like it's normal for him typical dumb behaviour never coming here again.

Couldn't sleep at night all sounds of rats in the ceiling worst experience.bedsheets are all stained and dirty smelling i wouldn't recommend anyone to come here .they should close the hotel if they can't maintain it professionally . The only thing I liked about this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful

I got rooms for reasonable price,but experience inside the room was very bad at night while raining outside , inside the room water leaked through roof ceiling, exhaust fan doesn’t working in the bathroom

**Awful Experience – Worst Hotel Stay Ever!** I honestly can't even begin to describe how terrible my stay at Golden Nest Hotel was. From the moment I walked in, I was horrified. First off, the room was infested with cockroaches – everywhere! It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t relax for a second knowing I was sharing my space with bugs. The bed was even worse. The sheets were stained and clearly hadn't been changed in ages. I wouldn’t have dared to lay on them without a full change of clothes. And the smell? It was overwhelming – a mix of stale cigarette smoke and a musty, closed-room odor as if the place hadn't been aired out in months. The whole room reeked of it. The washroom was just as bad. It was filthy, with grime and stains all over the place. The sink was clogged, and the toilet was in no condition for use. It felt like no effort had been made to clean or maintain the entire hotel. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare and a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.
