1. Service: Overall, I was impressed with the level of service provided by your staff. They were consistently friendly,attentive,helpful throughout my stay, which greatly contributed to a positive experience. 2. Cleanliness: I found the cleanliness of the room,common areas,facilities to be satisfactory. The housekeeping team appeared to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and the environment felt well. 3. Reception: The reception staff were generally efficient and courteous during check-in and check-out processes.Which affected the overall efficiency and professionalism of the front desk service. In conclusion, while there were aspects of my stay that I found enjoyable, there are opportunities for improvement in service, cleanliness, and reception. I trust that this feedback will be valuable in ensuring a consistently excellent experience for all guests.

Never saw such irresponsible people, asked for Invoice (bill), they told will send on whatsapp, but didn't gave any possitive responce for one month....I don't have option for negative making... otherwise they deserve negative stars only People are not at all accountable and not worried about business bookings... they just want to entertain couples

I had a worst experience about this hotel. I and my husband want to stay in this hotel for 4 days but first day only we had worst experience. We did early Check in and paid extra amount. We got such a bad room no. 304. In the bath we face the water logging problem. Receiption staff behaviour was rude. When I told the receptionist to change my Room he said at 6 pm it will be vacant. I am surprised in every oyo hotel check in @12 pm and check out at 11 am. Than how come the room will be vacant at 6 pm I found to see young girl and boy check in @ morning and check out @ evening. I found this hotel little weird. It is not a decent place to stay in this hotel.

This hotel provides the best value for money service in my opinion. Rooms are very clean and most of the amenities are in working condition (except for AC sometimes). Food is also good at a reasonable price. The staff is polite and helpful. The only setback is its location but other than that it's fine.
