Heaven Villa

Till now, this has been the best villa I’ve ever seen. It gives off old vintage vibes. The royal living room and cozy bedrooms were impressive. The swimming pool is big enough for 7–8 people to enjoy comfortably. A fridge, utensils, and a kitchen are available if you prefer to cook instead of eating outside. There’s ample parking space—you can easily park 4–5 cars. The service was also great. The caretaker, [Kiran Dhavale, was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. He provided immediate and quick service and was supportive throughout our stay.

The property is very good to stay for a big family (10-13members).Room interiors r maintained well but the outside area even though well designed not maintained well(pool and lawn). There was animal waste lying in the lawn and it smelled bad. When we asked to clean it the care taker gave us an alternative for playing at entrance. The children room does not have AC or fa The care taker(Santosh) has no sense of hospitality.This area need major improvement. There is no water purifier in the villa .Quality and taste of food was below average and time taken to prepare food was too long, even informed in advance.. In short, Very well designed property but not maintained and lacking in hospitality.

Service is very bad, we didn’t even get tea at the morning, drinking water was not available, after so many requests the caretaker was not moving at all. Rooms were not clean. Food is bad, avoid if you travelling with family, very uncomfortable.

Excellent place to stay with a big family! Only problem is the caretaker - Ganesh. He is extremely ill mannered and hostile. He behaves like the owner of the house and has no manners to speak to the guests - totally spoiled our experience.

Possibly the best villa in panchgani!! We stayed there it was awesome!! Don't go anywhere except Heaven Villa, if looking for villa for family
