We had a 2 day short stay. Reserved the valley view and suite rooms. The rooms are very small but quite clean and cosy. Their hyped infinity pool is very small and it overlooks other buildings nearby. Valley view room has an excellent view of the sunrise across the valley. We booked the MAP plan and the food and the restaurant service was truly excellent. The hotel service is also very good. We forgot to tell the reception to clean our rooms, but they called me to confirm if they could open the room and clean. The hotel has adequate parking for cars with 24 hour security.

Had a nice stay, had booked suite and they seem to be nice and comfortable. However the size of rooms are a bit small even for suite. I suggest to accommodate more person in 1 suite as you get an additional room which otherwise is not useful. The food is good, always opt for dinner inclusive package as the food is amazing, the chief chef pays careful attention to all guests. I will recommend other to stay here. The view from the pool is amazing do not miss.

Not a great experience at Manas Boutique hotel whereas their Room charges are as high as a luxury 3 star hotel. We booked the Standard rooms which were like store rooms without any window and hardly any place to move. The Bed occupies most of the room so you can imagine the size of this rooms. We were lucky to get a paid upgrade to Deluxe rooms which were much better and on the same floor (3rd floor) as the pool and pool view from the French windows. Food was great including the buffet Breakfast (250 + taxes) and Buffet Dinner (550 + taxes). Unfortunately they don't have mutton available even in a-la-carte otherwise the food was excellent. Staff and Service was 5/5 however they did not replace used towels with new one after cleaning inspite of calling them twice for the same. Finally we had to share the towel between us which was very bad. Hotel was clean and rooms were well maintained. Mini Fridge was provided. Kettle and tea/coffee sachets were provided. Toiletries were provided. Lot of issues faced during our Stay as below: 1. Power issues and fluctuations were every 15 mins. Horrible during Summer time without AC or Fan. Unable to watch TV and enjoy as the TV would switch off and had to be restarted everytime there was a fluctuation. Because of this lifts were not operating most of the times and my aged parents (60+) had to walk 3 floors most of the times. The reason provided was that the Lift was switched off intentionally so that no one gets stuck in the lift. 2. Pool is very small and cannot accommodate more than 5-6 people at a time so choose your date of stay wisely. 3. Location is great as it's away from the main road and not noisy at night however there could be parking issues as they have limited parking near the hotel. We went out at night for dinner and when we returned theye was no space near the hotel allocated parking however we were able to park just outside the driveway blocking it and in the morning had to take the car out and park in the allotted space so that cars could leave. Mahabaleshwar market is 31 mins from this hotel. 4. GTPL TV set top box was not working however was fixed for both rooms in few minutes. Overall it was a pleasant stay however could have been better had there not been so many issues. I have stayed at many hotels in Mahabaleshwar previously but never faced such power issues in last 10 years. Its quite Surprising that a brand like Curly Tales recommends this mediocre hotel which is mind blowing.

Don’t go by the photos on the websites - the hotel is rundown and in need of maintenance. The location is also isolated from the rest of Panchgani town and so no location advantage either. We chose the rooms with a balcony and hill views only to find that the view was into the 4 storey building in the next plot. The room was small and next to the kitchen and so we could smell the cooking. The staff did oblige and move us to another suite room but in general in terms of maintenance of rooms, common areas and the pool, the hotel is really bad - not clean, sheets and towels seemed washed but had stains, the lift was not working, pool has no recirculating filtration. Breakfast buffet is small. Wouldn’t recommend this to families.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Manas Boutique Hotel in Panchgani and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Indian decor. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured an array of Indian and continental dishes. But what really sets this hotel apart is its stunning location. Nestled in the foothills of the Western Ghats, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valley and mountains. I enjoyed taking walks around the property and taking in the fresh mountain air. Overall, I highly recommend the Manas Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a Budget friendly and peaceful getaway in the beautiful Panchgani region. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience truly set this hotel apart.

I booked a valley view room but due to swimming pool we couldn't see the valley view and we couldn't open the window (due to crowd), I complained about the room but I was asked more money in exchange for another room, because of the adjoining rooms they had noise problems. Due to adjoining rooms, they had noise problems. Food prices were very high (i.e - 1 cofee for rs 100 or for 2 person u need to pay rs 1000 atleast for lunch or dinner) and testless food. Parking was a huge problem, once you drive out there is no hope of getting parking again, lift wasn't working, cold water in bathroom after 2 min

Date of visit 07/04/2023. We visited the place for a two day trip. The hotel is very well managed and has a very nice restaurant. The swimming pool is not that big so you can swim freely. The rooms are very clean and nice. Room services are also responsive. Parking space slightly congested but can be managed. The restaurant has a game zone which has a foosball table, carrom board, table tennis, chess board. Game zone instruments need maintenance though.

The rooms are quite compact as compared to other hotels of the same price range. Further during my stage I faced some issues with power outrage. They do have an infinity pool but it's not filled completely. Parking space is also not sufficient.
