Mount View Executive

We have booked executive suites for 8 family members. Rooms were spacious and clean. Sun rise view was awesome from these rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. Property has pool , indoor games, parking lot. Open area for sitting. 2 suggestions being an old property need some more maintenance. Like in 1 of our booked rooms fan was not working ( but they provided pedestal fan). In hotels they should take care of all these maintenance work regularly so all equipment should work properly. And provide access to Wifi till rooms also ( as wifi was available lobby ( near reception area) only .

Enjoyed our stay even though it was short. Visually clean and the scent was fresh. The room was spacious with an enjoyable of the Valley View Great customer service, super accommodating and polite.

"Worst Experience - Avoid at All Costs Our stay at Mount View Resort was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in a terrible state – unclean and poorly maintained. Staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, especially the property manager, Mr. Avnish, who was very arrogant. We booked a suite room, which shockingly didn’t even have a ceiling fan, and we were provided with table fans instead. Towels were filthy, and the swimming pool water seemed toxic with an excessive amount of chlorine that caused skin irritation. Most of the activity games were in a damaged condition and unusable. To add to the frustration, even the pools were chargeable, which was not mentioned beforehand. The room tariff is outrageously high and comparable to a 5-star hotel, but the experience is far from it. It felt like a complete waste of money. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place entirely. It’s not worth your hard-earned money."

We stayed in their executive suite as we were a family of 4. We loved every bit of our stay. Hotel staff were very courteous. The owner himself was there to take care of guest's demands. Not to mention the awesome view from the room plus the beautiful pool too. Variety of games are available for guests. At 1 am we decided to play TT, quite apprehensive if they'll allow us, but we were greeted very politely by the receptionist there. Mr Firdaus too was lovely and catered to our special requests with a smile. Loved our stay in Panchgani thanks to them. Def recommended👌💯.

The location was excellent and room too. Lots of space. Bedding was excellent. Hotel Decor was good. Breakfast outstanding . Impressed by the personal touch extended. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service

The place is good.. resort room is budget friendly, but food seems quiet costly. Rooma are good too. Old built, but well maintained. They have games too beside the reception, but 300 per hour for snooker.

Avoid booking this hotel. The mattresses are filthy and unhygienic, raising serious concerns about potential health risks. Breakfast, if included, is limited to a single dish with restricted portions (e.g., only one Aloo Paratha, with additional charges for more). The utensils are unsanitary—please refer to the attached video for proof. The room has an outdated 14-inch CRT TV without a remote. There is an extra charge to play snooker in the lobby. The management is unprofessional, and basic amenities are poorly maintained. Sheets and towels are visibly unclean. No dental kit is provided, and if you request one, you’ll be charged. Location is good however rooms are not well maintained. Service is quite slow. Food quality is good but very limited options for complimentary breakfast.
