Valley View Residency Panchgani

Not recommend to stay here if you are planning to come and rest. Location is not good in the mansoon. According to price this room and service are very bad. Power back up is also not available. Whole the day/night we have faced the issue.

Room is spacious and the view is awesome from the top room. However there are a few small problems as well such as the hot water availability. There is solar there and if you wake up late you will not get hot water. The hotel owner is good though and he offers water-heater in such cases. Food ordering is also a little bit of hassle as the lodge doesn't have in-house kitchen and we need to order the food from 2 nearby restaurants. They take a lot of time to deliver and sometimes outright deny room service because of heavy customer footfall at their end or due to the unavailability of delivery personnel. Comparing theis room with others in the area having similar space, the only plus point this room offers is the view. Other hotels offer similar rooms with better facilities without the view. So if you are okay with this preposition, you can certainly go for other hotels. If view matters to you, go for this one...

Best hotel in panchgani if you want peacefull stay with nature and good service and food this the place were you should go. Owner is most humble person ever and service is too fast. Food is too good. Nice rooms with clean bathroom balcony and all amenities. I would like to recommend this for Stay.

Simple and clean rooms. Both breakfast and dinner were served with utmost hospitality taking into consideration our personal preferences. Splendid location of the rooms. Would definitely visit again and recommend to acquaintances.

Property is old, Ground Floor Delux Rooms and First Floor Super Delux Room. As soon as you enter there is a small room, then another room attached with spacious balcony. Delux Rooms are at ground level personaly I did not like at all. First floors Rooms are comparatively better. Flooring tile joints found damaged all across, Rooms need refurbishment. LED tv size was very small, bed is 6ft x 5ft felt small. Cleaning service is not satisfactory. In our two days stay unfortunately their laundry service interrupted so no fresh bed sheet or towels provided which they regretted too. Overall experience was average. Staff is cooperative and helping. Conclusion - if you want to rest during your trip at Mahabaleshwar then this place is not recommended. How ever if you prefer to stay just at night then this place may be considered.

Great view of the Valley. Nice and Cozy place. Nice People and they try to cater to all your requirements. Choose this place if you want a quiet place to stay for a couple of days and want to have a great relaxing view and spend time with your family. They will be offering a Swimming Pool, Walking Path in the Valley, Near by Restaurant soon.

I booked this hotel for 2 night and was very disappointed with property. The only best thing in this place is staff, they are really good and try to pull out best out of this place, however property is not so good and was truly felt like wasted money. Most of the photos promoting this place is from Mapohany room, we had booked OAK Room and on 1st step there was huge disappointment. Room was lacking TV, there was lot for dust and hairs. I had requested for cleanup and they did in 15min. All curtains in room were so dirty, you can easily find dirty hand wiped out with curtains. Old cupboards and no hanger, no water bottle on arrival, room window was close to passage crossing by outside, so always there was thought of privacy issue.. They gave all balance water bottles on checkout. Oak rooms are so small, so don't go with picture. Location ok ok for panchgani, no activities in hotel. Hill station place and no 24hrs hot water, they told between 7:30 to 9am only but for 1day even for morning time there was no hot water. We manages with heater provided by staff. This spoiled my 1st two days, we always use to feel go out and spend max time outside hotel. One star is only for staff who tried their best. My daughter also fall in fish SPA tank which was not properly placed. Sorry but I had bad time at this place.

Worst hotel I have ever seen, no facilities available, no restaurant you have to order from outside and also you will be asked to go outside and collect the food by the outside restaurant. No hot water available on time, if you are planning to start visiting point earlier then your plan will fail due to unavailability of hot water. Taps leaking, no table to keep your belongings. Also they are breeding dogs here. Don't know whether they are registered for this job or not. Lastly total waste of money and totally dissatisfied.
