Very well maintained. Prashant was a great care taker. Good cook and supports all requests. All fundamental necessities available. Ample car parking. Not a big pool but decently enjoyable! Towels, Bodywash, 24hrs hot water, RO... All available!

The bungalow was handover to us only after 2:30 Pm.. wherein it was supposed to be given to us by 12 pm.. Super slow service by the caretaker though he was very humble and friendly.. order online rather than asking the caretaker.. Few things were not working like Water tab, geyser, pool water was not clean.. plz do check... Thanks and good day

Very good location, about 1.5 km from panchgani market and quite close to table land. The couple who take care of the place are very nice and they cook very well. The place has a nice, well maintained pool also.

Very good stay in Panchgani away from the all the noise and crowds. Enjoyed a lot with friends & kids. Host was always available for help and also arranged for BBQ which was special. Clean and big rooms with good view and big garden at the front. We spent most of time in the living room which was big enough for a group of 15 and for kids to play. There were some electrical issues during our stay but that was sorted quickly. A swimming pool would have been ideal but no complaints. Completely functional kitchen and the host also provides for food, cleaning & maid services (chargeable). Only 5-10 mins drive to the market and table point. It’s an awesome place to stay for any group type and for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We had a very comfortable stay during our last trip to India. The rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. The host Sameer is always available to guide and help for whatever you need. I strongly recommend Green Hills villa to everyone seeking calm and luxury at reasonable price.

After reading very good reviews of this place, the visit for us seemed rather disappointing. The host was completely absent throughout our 2-nights & 3-days stay and we, ourselves had to call him multiple times to get details of the place before the visit and complete our check in well. One house help was present to help us since morning untill post lunch but overall the entire stay was very unwelcoming. The approach road to the house is in a very very bad condition. With so many bungalows around, they should get it repaired. We were offered exorbitant rates when asked if an in-house cook could cook for us. Charges for the cook were separate and we were asked to get the ingredients ourselves for them to cook. Hence, we chose to order in and eat out through the stay. A special mention for Shraddha's kitchen restaurant which is very close by and serves delcious and reasonable home-cooked meals. While the house is spacious with 5 rooms, the common room had no AC and felt very warm to gather in for just 11 people. It was hot during the day hence, an AC in the hall would help especially in summers. Nevertheless evenings were pleasant. Overall ok for a short stay, not for a long one. And not worth the price. Disappointed.

Mr. Sameer is the most helpful and considerate host you will ever meet. The entire villa was sanitised and cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Well maintained villa with good amenities. Property is located extremely close to the Panchgani main market and a mere 30 mins drive away from Mahabaleshwar. Definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Panchgani/ Mahabaleshwar.

This is not a luxury Vila rather just a house with low quality furniture, appliances and amenities. If you are looking for luxury stay then just skip this vila. Also the approach road to this vila is completely broken with big stones which certainly going to break your car. Sofa in common area is very old, if you sit on one side you will just get stuck inside and same goes for chair. Kitchen appliances are of very poor quality rusted water dispenser, iron knife , aluminium old vessels, broken cup.. Backyard is not even maintained properly, dirty and broken tiles ..i have added photos for all above points. This vila is also called Olivia which is maintained by leisurely company. Do not waste your money on this property.
