OYO Flagship Indraprastha Executive

😠Worst Experience😠 Pathetic and rude Staff and owner of the hotel. Would suggest never ever do booking in this hotel.😡🤬 We have booked 2 rooms through oyo website and it been clearly mentioned in hotel's guest list that 2 rooms are booked through company then too hotel reception staff is denying the booking and mentioning we have only 1 room available and we can't do anything about it you need to have a word with company. I was with 6 month old baby and it was 11 at night still they didn't have any concern and were clearly denying the stay. My husband suggested to call the owner of the hotel. He came near hotel saw us and even company person was also calling regarding booking but instead he just ignored to receive the call and left without any enquiry. 😊Good Experience😊 🙂We were in touch with oyo company's call centre guy he was trying to help us but had a bad luck and our amount was refunded as there was no hotel available nearby. Thank oyo company call center team for support and would apologize if my husband was little rude as he was just concern about baby safety.🙂

Poorly managed... Good things: 1. Near to road 2. Rooms size are decent 3. I got room number 203 in 1000/- per night 4. Washroom has gyser 5. Room has AC Poor things: 1.Washrooms are not clean 2. Rooms are not clean. You can see spider nets in the room. 3. I had a bad experience due to mosquitos, could not sleep all over night. 4. House keeping does not even bothers to check, what you need. 5. Very near to road, hence be ready to face traffic noise through out the night. 6. Less parking space, can manage with bike.

Location is very good. You will get lots of good food hotels, breakfast etc. Everything will be available nearby

We booked the room online and we had to wait for 1 hour and after taking the breakfast payment, breakfast was not provided and the room was not clean

This is the worst hotel. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. Neither for couples nor for family. The hotel staff are very rude and unhygienic. It is not how it seems to be on the OYO website or Google. This is the worst and waste.

I would like to share the Worst Worst Worst experience with Oyo happened on 20 September 2020 . Due to heavy rains I unfortunately needed to stay in Pune when searched nearest OYO room was Indraprastha Executive in app the room was good . But my experience turned out to be a nightmare. The moment I checked in stinky putrid some sort of bad smell I informed the same to the room service men he said as the room was closed due to many days the smell must be Boz of this he then sprayed room fresher and left . Later when I took a close look the room was completely opposite to what I saw in oyo app walls not good, On the mirror some one else bindi was clearly visible, bed sheet were having dirt, also behind pillows hair was available most pathetic backside of the bed next to a teapoy used condoms were thrown. I immediately call the room service and conveyed the same no hygiene no cleanliness he gave me another room but that too was not up to the mark .Later after having conversation with the room service guy the guy informed me that this hotel is used my couples only and rarely a family stays or business purposes booking happens . The amount I paid must be refunded if oyo is concerned about customer satisfaction and retention . If such hotels are offered in this pandemic a strict action must be taken on oyo first and later on hotel. Customers book hotels by the value they find with oyo. Disappointed with the oyo stay I had with Indraprastha Executive. If such hotels are added under Oyo then customer like me need to think twice before bookings .

Room service, bedsheets, bathroom all are in very bad condition. There is no recharge in tv set, If you are going for 2 days planning in this hotel , you will be disappointed.

Decent place for a few days of stay Not much spacious Bathroom was good Everything else was avg in quality
