Super Hotel O Aru Sai

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was sleeping and did not even mark my check-in on the OYO app. The rooms were filthy, with old, dusty furniture, and a broken TV stand. The AC was non-functional, despite being listed in the amenities. I had to ask for a towel, which should have been provided by default. To make matters worse, I discovered used condoms behind the bed, which was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the room was infested with large bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep. The situation was so unbearable that I had to check out at 12:30 AM and move to another hotel. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and not worth the trouble.

The rooms were not up to the mark and the toilets were filthy. The main door of the rooms was not closing properly and the latches were not safe at all. When we complained, they said that they are watching from the camera and so you will be safe. The AC was not cooling at all. The toilets were not clean and the window of the toilet was open.

I came here to stay from 24th May 2025 to 25th May 2025. I had already booked through Oyo and my check in was in the morning but for some reason when I checked in at night they denied😑 me entry. Said " etne me nahi hoga jada charges lagenge🤑" He charged me an extra three hundred rupees😓. When I told Oyo about this, he said you should book a new room🤬 and the money for the old one will be credited to your account. The condition of the room was very bad🤢🤮. There was no glass on the window and the AC was off. There was no cleanliness and dirt was everywhere.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The bedsheets had visible stains, which was absolutely unacceptable, and the washrooms were filthy, with no effort made to maintain hygiene. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, but this was far below par. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel ever i have seen in pune. The bathroom conditions are the worst. Customer service is pathetic and staff is also not answering properly. Not recommending anyone to stay in this hotel.

Service is very low bad behaviour of staff and most important thing 0 hygiene 0 cleaning really very dirty rooms broken window also broken bathroom very much lump in the room so much mosquitoes We are never choosing again the oyo option in our life cause having hilarious experience of rooms .
