Kiara Eshosans Palace ( 100 meters From Sai Samadhi Temple )

This is very near to the temple and surrounded by shops of various kinds. The rooms are clean and kept well. Staff is polite and caring to the customers and their needs. One can hear the Temple Aartis and other poojas sitting in the room itself. The rooms have got good amenities with clean bathrooms and hot water supply.. It's just 5 mins walk to the Temple Gates. Anna Prasadalay is around 15 min walk or one can take a rickshaw.

I visited Shirdi with my family and have stayed at Eshosans palace. Their deluxe rooms were quite spacious and the hospitality was excellent. The location of the hotel is very close to temple gates and center to shopping and restaurants.

Pros: •⁠ ⁠Room cleanliness was satisfactory. •⁠ ⁠Proximity to the temple (500m distance). Cons: •⁠ ⁠Lighting in the room was inadequate. •⁠ ⁠Breakfast quality was extremely poor, with mouldy food (poha, misal pav). •⁠ ⁠Unresponsive pantry staff and receptionist. Recommendation: Avoid taking the breakfast option. Considering the subpar food quality and poor service, it's not worth the additional cost (₹2300/- per room with breakfast). Tips for future guests: •⁠ ⁠Opt for a room-only booking. •⁠ ⁠Explore external dining options.

The room was good, but the beds were dirty. It looked like it was not washed in weeks. The front desk receptionist is very very rude and does not show any respect. We checked in for 3 bed room with 3 people, and they provided us only 2 water bottles. When we requested for another, she started being mean to us about the same which was highly unnecessary. The lights in the bathroom abruptly stopped working and started working again after 3-4 hours and the AC does not work at all. Very disappointing experience for me, considering I went into this place seeing a 4 star rating by google reviewers.

Did not like staff behaviour. Staff is not ready to help. Basic amenity like water bottle also not offered. Overall review - Very poor and needs improvement. Highly disappointing experience.

Stayed for one day, and it was a wonderful experience. Services and facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend!!
