Hotel is very good and clean. Restaurant food was excellent and service of food in the room was also very prompt and also reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious. Car service to temple was very nice Disappointing thing was fridge was not working and also the TV had no entertainment channels subsribed.

Room is good, bathroom maintainance should be improved fitting were broken which spoils the room environment. Restaurant people attitude should change somehow i feel they were little rude

It was a very bad experience for us They only give two half litre packaged drinking water for a room of 3 people and also when asked for extra water bottles they charged Rs.50/- per bottle which is ridiculous. Almost more than double the price for a water bottle Most restaurants do provide complimentary water bottles and if that’s not the case atleast water should be sold at a reasonable price . Also while checking in we had clearly informed the reception staff that we are 7 of us Of which 4 will be occupying one room and 3 in the other one They agreed for a tariff of 3500/- for three people which included everything And later when we asked for an extra bed in that particular room they said that it is chargeable that too 1500/- for an extra bed whereas no one mentioned it at the start Very pathetic behaviour by the staff Very careless behaviour by the staff towards clients.

This hotel use to be my favorite when ever I use to come to Shirdi but this time I was very upset and will never stay in this hotel Again. No Hot water in the Bathroom, The washroom was stinking & not clean, U can find much better properties with this prices.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Location is good, Breakfast has multiple options, also includes various juices which were all too sumptuous. Staff was cooperative. Overall a preferable destination to stay at.

Had a wonderful stay. The location is close to the temple. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.
