OYO Townhouse 866 Classio Suites

My experience with this hotel was disappointing. Despite booking a room, the staff exhibited useless and disrespectful behavior. They denied our check-in, claiming they only accept pay-at-hotel bookings on Oyo. Shivam Gupta, one of the staff members, later offered a room but suggested we seek a refund from Oyo, displaying rude behavior throughout. Overall, a frustrating encounter with uncooperative staff.

It was the WORST stay in my life that I took this hotel By mistakely. It was very hard to find the hotel. There was no one for room service. The toilet was broken, plus there was a very unpleasant smell. The staff was very rude, after some time later a man came and talk to us very rudely. The next morning we the hotel. Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life🤢. There is no option of giving 0 star that's why i have to give 1 star

I would suggest don’t go for ds hotel,worst behaviour ,room was quite okay by not cleaned no facilities it was smelling so bad.don’t know who is the owner Bt d behaviour of the staffs were very very unpleasant .no food facilities no WiFi broken kettle never ever go for ds hotel and one biggest problem is commuting .

Room size was good but related to services it lags a lot. No wifi, dirty electric kettle, except water you have to order food etc from zomato, swiggy itself. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Ok for just a night halt but services needs to be improved definitely. They said next time wifi etc would be perfect.

For food negative rating. Had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in two days stay. I had 2 rooms. No service. You paid for the room which is spacious and newly constructed. Forgot all after this. Had to ask for several times for extentions not working in both rooms, ac remote is not working in one room, towels were not given in 1 room. Had to ask 5-6 times then 1 towel came. Dustbins were not there. However got them asking twice. Since I have my senior citizen parents with me didn't make any scene. Asked them to change any one room which was assured to me in evening not given in night. However they managed to get it in the morning when I m leaving for Aurangabad trip. I refused myself this time as I had no time. Don't comment caught on bad day etc below my review since I stayed 2 days and had problems while management only managed to gave fake assurances. Most of the asking done by me going 5 floors down to the reception using elevator got faulty display. Not recommended by me at all. Also no room cleaning was done on 2nd day stay. Also I not seeing my review on OYO.

I had initially booked this hotel through oyo. due to the communication issue booked directly at hotel. location is good behind railway station. but the response of staff is two slow, there faces will be like you have disturb them by arraiving, there will no one to pick up your baggage, baggage arrived in our room after 30 min, room size is good, cleanliness is ok, but hotel lacks the beauty, and staff behaviour, very slow at service, if you dont have other options you can stay here.

No service is provided by hotel... No Intercoms working, we contacted to reception they said come down stairs and take what ever u need we don't have staff to provide services... Morning 7 am o'clock we called reception for Tea they replied call after 8.30 am till that they won't give services.... At 9 am we call for Tea they said come downstairs and take what u want.... Not at all good experience... 1 of the most worst stay... One special thing they don't have staff to carry ur language on enrty and exit.... One of the beautiful services.. hahahaha.... Worst experience...

I never stayed in your rooms and had to find hotel in midnight so will request to thr people never book oyo hotel as they are now bankrupt and they will just book your room and give iy to someone else....oyo worst oyo worst... NEVER BOOK ROOM on OYO..fraud..fraud
