Hotel Grand Central, Bhubaneswar

This hotel is not new, it's actually quite old, but it's charming and a bit vintage (they put a newspaper under your door in the morning, which isn't very common these days). The staff are discreet, efficient and very friendly. The rooms are very decent for the price. The food of the restaurant is good. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the railway station, which can be very convenient. Surprisingly, you can't hear the trains inside the hotel. I will return to this hotel.

One of my favourite hotels in Bhubaneswar. If the train journey is a concern, it is my first priority. It is adjacent to the Platform No- 6, everything is available in surroundings. The food quality is good and the price is also reasonable. Hotel staff are professional, co-operative and well behaved. Rooms are well maintained, cozy but vintage feel is intatact. Overall very good hotel.

Very poor they kept the dessert and asking to take only one dessert . Quality of food is good service staff is rude. Asked for hot water staff is looking at each other face. From the guest Kcp patnayak

My parents stayed at their hotel in 8th Sep - 10th September and the stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, supportive and well behaved. The rooms were very well maintained and I couldn't find any flaws there. The hotel has maintained high degree of professionalism when it comes to staff behaviour and rooms which were excellent. Frankly speaking it felt like as if we were in 5 star hotels like Country Inn or Raddisson when it comes to amenities and service they provided.

Not at all recommending to anybody because of the management they have lot of rules and regulations and if you told them to be flexible but because of the money they will not change there rules the hotel for those who want to waste there money they will go.

With time, the hotel management has to upgrade themselves, train staffs, improve food quality and variety, and regularly maintain room amenities, especially electrical equipment and intercoms..... It's reasonable good hotel with nice ambience near to station but management themselves need a training...

Location near Bhubaneswar station from platform 1 exit. Its a bit costly but has self dining restaurant with complimentary breakfast. Food is good.

Hotel location and ambience will be good, but people will be irritating, they need to improve their service aspect. The lady who will be in reception will behave well and solve issues well, all the others they don't even listen completely and respond
