Hotel Upasana

Stayed for 1 day.check out time given to me was 8pm however., they asked me to check out at 7pm. Disappointed. Cleanliness pathetic condition. Bad smells. Lack of proper lighting. Old bed, pillows & furniture. A costumer never go for 2nd time. Better options available near this hotel. go for these,.

I recently stayed at this OYO Upasana hotel and had an extremely disappointed. Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Hotel with my wife just 1 day night. I see oyo review and then book this hotel and also pay online also money. But whenever I came to hotel, hotel useless maneger told me you also pay right now same amount you pay online and it's refund to you next day. And next day morning my train so hole day I ask to him please sir give me back money please but just tell me no worries you I give back to your money next day but almost 2 days past never back to my money. I recently stayed at this OYO Upasana hotel and had an extremely disappointed. 1. **Dirty Room**: The room provided was filthy with stained bed sheets that hadn't been changed. 2. **Non-Functional Amenities**: The TV and WiFi in the room were not working, making my stay even more inconvenient. 3. **No Basic Amenities**: There was no water bottle provided in the room, and the intercom was not functional, so I couldn't request one. 4. **Unclean Utensils**: The plates in the room were not cleaned properly, adding to the overall poor hygienic. 5. Very unclean bed: evey bed full of bedbugs everywhere. Very nasty full night me and my wife weak up. This property is very poorly maintained, and the service was unacceptable. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. OYO needs to address these issues seriously to prevent other guests from having such a terrible experience.

Every review is genuine...they act like goons first they will shout you as you booked from Oyo and then made payments too Public toilet is more clean than their room Can see some fake 5 star rating they are relative of the hotel owner.

Worst place to take a room with a family. Unhygienic place and bathroom is unsanitary. I vacated the location immediately. There is no lift, no cleaners, no heaters nothing! The room they gave me has beer bottles on the attic. They didn't even took them out and the sheets are not clean. I can't even give 1 star. Worst experience we faced. I hope I can send you pictures!

Very bad hotel,staff behaviour was too rude.very bad service don't book this hotel..Room was dirty.Toilet are dirty and disgusting...Very very bad service, I am giving the hotel upasana dirty room and dirty toilet photo, don't book hotel upasana ,and don't book through oyo.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. Their motto is to cheat everyone. Don't go for staying purposes and don't recommend others. Very dirty, tv is not working, toilet flush and comode shower not functioning which they don't bother.

The worst experience I have ever seen. When you are booking that time they will behave ok. But in the night when I saw the washing flush is not working neither basin . Also the bedbugs insects came out and Bitten us. No steps taken towards that nd when I changed the room after staying one night forcefully he didn't even returned me the other price. I asked him several times but the owner is a rude guy. In the middle of the he behaved so rudely and while the time of returning money he didn't responded and blocked us

The hotel is verry much unhinge. The staf survice is very much bad behavior don't trust on there words if they say they will do slite fever to get u 1hour or 1.5 hour extension asper your requirement dont trust if u come by Oyo the rate will less but they will ask you more and ask u to cancel the Oyo reservation... The peoples and nither manager are not good bheavier, they will close the water and ac at night when the customer is at hotel. And main thing the rooms has bed bugs a lot they are very much poorest rating in cleaness.. so asper a traveler view which I am doing is not to go for this hotel check-in.. if u go it's on your risk...
