NillIt is the worst room hotel I have ever gone too!!!!! READ WHY 👇🏻👇🏻. No cleanliness, TV is not working, reception staff is very very rude and they made us give the double amount for the room. My uncle booked an ac room in this hotel online a month before but when we reach here we were scammed. They said if u want an ac room then u have to pay again ( we needed the ac room because we haave children and old people also with us and it is the time of May-June were the heat reaches it's top. ) additionally there is no board or anything sign. There are many best hotels please don't waste ur money and time. WORST HOTEL EVER !!!!!

★First you won't find the hotel name ,help of map we could reach the hotel , after reaching no one at the reception counter waited for 45 minutes to get the keys from the counter. We stayed there for 2 days but everytime we have not seen any reception and neither any bell boy.||We had booked the hotel from online tour site but the hotel person was creating a lot of confusion..request to please confirm before going to this hotel , but the number they provided are never answered.|||The floor mat was full of dirt ,they kept the water bottle which was tap water filled in bisleri empty bottles.||No hot water ,when asked they gave bucket heaters which takes very long time to heat the water ||Even during check out time we had to search the person to hand over the keys

NillThe hotel was near to railway station. The rooms which were shown on the photos while booking are not the original ones. The original rooms are very nasty. The cleanliness is not great. The prices also were charged higher than the booking value. GST was taken extra when the original booking was inclusive of GST.

NillWe have booked a hotel in Odisha which promised the amenities but it's the worst decision we took to book the same for one night after a tiring day. 1. shabby worst quality rooms with poor housekeeping 2. AC remote not available only main swich power on /off 3. Broken window 4 . toilet fittings not working 5.Not worth the name 'RESORT' 7. no restaurant inside hotel 8. No room service 9. Dirty bedsheets 10. Dirty washroom 11. Mosquitos all around the room couldn't sleep at all 12. No lights at reception area 13. Couldn't sleep the whole night AGODA.COM - DIDN'T VERIFY THE HOTEL AMENITIES BEFORE LISTING IT IN ThEIR WEBSITE OR APP. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. ALMOST ZERO ASSISTANCE THROUGH CHAT OR CALLS. NO CANCELLATION POLICY . HOTEL - FOR MISLEADING CUSTOMER THROUGH FAKE REVIEWS AT AGODA. SAME PERSON WROTE GOOD REVIEWS EVERYTIME.THIS IS THEIR STRATEGY FOR ACQUIRING CUSTOMERS. WORST ROOM. WORST AMENITIES. FALSE COMMITMENTS IN THE BOOKING WEBSITE.

NillThe rooms are good, it's kind of difficult to find at first as there is no signboard hung of the hotel. There are a lot of shops near it. The bathrooms are high so people with knee problems or leg injuries might find it difficult.

NillWorst hotel where you find misappropriators??? I made the reservation and was asked to make partial prepayment to the hotel. After making payment online, I cancelled soon after due to health problems and well ahead of travel date. It's been two weeks of my repeated calling the hotel, and especially this guy Anurag, but I am yet to get the refund. Is this is not simple and plain cheating????

NillThe rooms are good according to tariff and vicinity to Rly Stn. The bell desk and receptionist are well behaved, courteous. The Aircon was not working, they are replacing a few of them. (As informed by the receptionist) Clean place.
