Disappointing Stay with Multiple Shortcomings This hotel falls short of expectations in several key areas. The rooms are subpar—lacking comfort and maintenance—and the surroundings offer little of interest. The restaurant, in particular, is a letdown; I strongly advise avoiding the food altogether. While the staff clearly work hard to keep operations running smoothly, the property’s overall condition seems to undermine their efforts. Their dedication is commendable, but it’s not enough to compensate for the hotel’s deficiencies.

We booked a hall at mango for a family wedding, and it exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming making it perfect for our special occasion. Every dish served ws delicious. The service was smooth . Highly recommend for anyone planning a memorable celebration

Most unprofessionally managed hotel in the whole of Bhubaneshwar city. A party was going on in the Banquet since the evening with high volume of music that continued till 12:00am. I made several complaints to the reception desk and also wanted to intimate the manager on the same. Unfortunately no body did anything resulting in loss of sleep. I have already made an advance booking via make my trip and hence couldn’t help but stay back for another day. I will strongly urge all not to book themselves in this hotel and avoid horrible experiences.

Location: Excellent — just a few minutes from the railway station and not far from the airport. Very convenient for travelers. Food & Drinks: The food at XO Café was tasty, especially the Indian dishes. Breakfast buffet had decent variety but could be better with more hot options. Xcuse Bar had a nice ambiance with good drink options at reasonable prices. Bartender was friendly and made good cocktails. Service: Front desk staff were professional and courteous. Room service was prompt and the housekeeping team was helpful when asked. However, one suggestion — the staff at reception could be more welcoming during check-in. Other facilities: Wi-Fi worked fine, and the small fitness center was a bonus. The lobby area is well maintained and gives a good first impression. Final Verdict: Great for short stays, business trips, or transits. Not a luxury hotel, but for the price, the comfort, food, and service are worth it. A few improvements in service consistency can make it even better.

Very good experience in this hotel.i stayed 3 days.brekfast menu was nice.food quality was very good. Staff behavior was very nice.room was very clean .Basically roof top resturant food was good. I ordered mezze platter that's awesome i really enjoy it.

It's is very bad room they say one price and from us they took more money so plz I have a concern you don't go there you will be don't like and it is not taste in breakfast and we don't like the service also

I am unable to understand what I am paying for. There is no proper service. Premium is only the price Nothing else. Without permission or request rooms were cleaned no safety.

I stay 2 days with my family.hotel was nice.staff behaviour was very nice.check in & check out is very good.room is well maintain & clean.food was amazing.very near to railway station. I will recommend this for stays.| Overall hotel is very nice..
