This place is not for Families. Has Bar and Restaurant in same building. Worst Rooms, Worst Services. 0 rating. Not even an extra pillow was provided. For couples there are a great many hotels, don't come here. Prefer Treebo over Fab any day. Pathetic experience. Couples can find better places in Oyo than this one.

Hopeless property. Dirty linens and towels. Initially they gave a torn, dirty bath towel.Walls shabby. Broken fan regulator, cant control the speed. No proper lighting in the lift, no fan as well,l inside the lift. Very scary to use the lift. Pathetic entry. Better to avoid at any cost.

Room is very small and so much outside noise inside the room,service is poor..not satisfied with this stay..onething i am happy that they give me some extra time for check out,as I requested for it.

Hotel is in a good location but service is not good . Rooms are not cleaned as well as bathroom. Bedsheet and towels are dirty. No toilet paper 🧻 and soap in the washroom. Not all food option is available and they will not allow outside food. Location is good but service and rooms are not good.

Disgusting.. thats the right word. Stinking smell... stained bed sheets and foul smell. The best part is even after complaint to their boss they don't give a damn. Very very bad experience.

I wish there were less than 1 star. Almost everything was not working. Had horrible experience finding the property as no name was displayed on the front. The room was not that much clean. There were stains on the wall. Bathroom accessories were not working etc. There was no parking place and the security guard behaved strangely when asked where to park.

I am unable to even rate the lowest as the review, worst service and liers and manipulative people for example if you are ordering from menu in the room the prices in the menu and the bills are different also, u order chilly chicken dry 6 pieces which comes with 4 pieces of complete bone and 2 piece of chicken and when you ask the head says we have with bone chilly chicken.Also if you complain they don't care as they take payment before the service reached your room even if you ordered water. Hell of worst service trust me you cannot even reach any one senior or top management for your concerns to talk as the uncharged here says jo karna h karlo, we don't care. Also the old lady in Middleton premium or whatever she doesn't know customer service at all and so arrogant and shifty behaviour. I don't understand why even she is there when she doesn't know how to talk.

Not a white person place. Stay away. Dirty and disgusting . I don't understand how the local Indians like this standard.
