SPOT ON 811930 Aryan Residency

It was the worst experience ever...the behaviour of that owner lady was so worst that make us so much uncomfortable to stay their. No water geaser, wifi facilities there. We were with the patient but still they didn't oeovide us a single galas of warm water. She should first understand the humanity....it was the worst experience...I repeat THE WORST!!! She doesn't wait dor even a single mint at 12pm to checkout..no matter in which medical condition u r going through. She starts barking at ur door once check out time crossed!! Never choose...except that red color, there were noting likr oyo, no soap/shampoo, no geaser, nothing......

Good staff and good service, but Dirty curtains and bedsheets and no power backup or internet or tea or food, not even a side table in the room. Also tv screen freezes many times.

I have booked a non ac dauble bedroom for 2 days costs around rs1500. Room and toilet are neet and clean. Environment is calm. Officials are friendly and co-operative. It would be better if it facilitate canteen.

Go to a village they've better facilities and hospitalities in their cottage instead of this type rooms or whatsoever they're calling it. Rather wasting precious money donate to charity you could have save lives. Don't know how OYO goes this much down to give this as a hotel status. I already have filed a legal action against this as challenged by their so called manager.

Worst hotel... incompetent staff...no breakfast was provided even after they have listed the same over their brochure and Oyo app. Pathetic Hygiene. Starting from dirty linen to unhygienic toilets everything is worst. Hated this place.

In last 2 year... I experienced almost 20 oyos in bbsr but belive my words this was the worst experienced ever .. there was a woman who managed all things.. evrytime she gossips with another woman may b she is her neighbour..but thing is that they both gossips in the front office chair and everytime you tried to go out for some stuff or some work you feel ashamed ...and the most imp. Thing in oyo is privacy , i asked that women for a lock and she said already in room, but actually therr was no lock 🔐in room, suddenly the both entered my room without hesitation and this was actually ridiculous... Unfortunately there is rating start in 1 but i need that 0 button...... Guys if u need an urgent room just feel free to go bbsr railway platform rather than this 3rd class oyo.and also they have no idea there is a word hygienic. And at last just want to say that if you reading this,you lady go and earn some manner wherever you want.

Don't go there very unhygienic and no cleaning . Matress is very hard . Rude behaviour . You will ofcourse unsatisfied with it.
