NillI can't give this hotel any star rating because the hotel is a fraud. I had booked the hotel through OYO paying around 1.5K in April for a trip that was in August. I was traveling with my parents and aunt, all of whom are senior citizens. We were going to drive from Puri to Bhubaneshwar on August 17. Since our check-in time was at 12 PM, and we weren't sure if we could reach on time for the check-in, we called the hotel ahead of time to request that they hold our reservation and not give it away. They agreed and said it would be no problem. We had initially contacted the hotel through the number provided by OYO. The owner (we think) Sangram Singh gave us a different number to contact him on and told us to contact him on the day we leave Puri. My father messaged him as asked and he said that for two rooms we would have to pay 4K. Now this was shocking as the pending amount on the OYO app was 2,819. This was informed to us at 8:55 AM, just five minutes before the OYO cancelation cutoff time. Traveling with three senior citizens I was unsure if I could get a good hotel on time once we reach Bhabaneshwar since it was the weekend. We though we could talk and clarify with the owner once we reached. My GOD!! We were shocked when we reached the hotel. The owner said that we had to pay 4K if we wanted the 2 rooms, since paying the pending amount to OYO is not beneficial to them. For it would be like giving away the rooms for free. If the hotels arrange with OYO is not lucrative for them then why lure customers to your hotel u der false pretenses and cheat them??? Then situation I was in, I probably would have even paid the 4K if the hotel was worth it. Let me clarify this loud and clear: THIS WAS THE SHABBIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT REMINDED ME THE KIND OF DENS IN HINDI MOVIES WHERE NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE. SAYING THAT THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY WERE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I reached put to OYO and they convince the hotel owner to g9ve us the rooms for the pe ding amount of 2.8K. But having seen the rooms, I would rather keep my family at the railway station then at that hotel. I asked OYO of they would refund, but they said no. They said they would book another hotel for me but the price will vary. I refused forfeited the reserved amount and was lucky able to find a better hotel thanks to the driver who was with us. I can't see the option to attach pictures, otherwise I would have added them. I was stupid and didn't take images of the rooms. But my father was able to get a shot of the hotel from outside which is proof enough of what I am trying to say.

NillI am requesting all the people living in Bhubaneshwar that please do not book even by mistake, but by mistake I made this mistake, you will cry while sleeping at night because I had booked because my train was in the morning, that is why I had to go to the station. When I asked for a room, it was booked, but I want to tell you all through this review, whatever happened to me and if someone else is not there tomorrow, then what happened was that I slept at night and after some time, I felt very bad. I never thought that this would happen to me too.Immediately the skin on my body turned red and itched so much that the heat in the room was not decreasing. When I checked the AC, it was on but normal air was coming and also the bedsheet was very poor, after that I called the manager. But did not pick up, in the morning he said why didn't you do it yesterday, I said this even after doing it yesterday, he was twisting the matter, after that I decided that I should complete my sleep anyway, after that I slept downstairs, so please, I request you all. If it happened to you today, it can happen to you tomorrow too.So please report this immediately so that this does not happen to anyone else. I am not able to think how this was linked on the oyo booking website. This is shoddy, how is it getting approved? Remove it immediately, report it as much as you can, or post a review from the Oyo website so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.such a disgusting mam there. Only for a reason Oyo down grade will one day

NillI had made a booking through Oyo on 5 sep 2024 booking id ( E3A21514) , and as I arrive in hotel they Demanded Extra Money , as it was emergency we paid , but the room was horrible it's worst than poultry firm, and the bed in room was filled with KHATMAL (BED BUGS) and our body was full red in two hours and itching all around we need to rush to hospital for emergency in midnight and leave the hotel, the property owner SANGRAM SINGH is a fraud person , when reported to Oyo he say that people come here bcz near air port and railway station and check out midnight but dont say the poor unhygienic conditions of there hotel , even healthy person get sick here, i request all the persons pls spend one night at railway station or other hotel but dont spend a penny staying in this hotel if really care about your and family's health, and Oyo pls stop taking booking for this hotel they ruining your reputation they get customers and book privately and dont checkin through Oyo so we cant raise a question to them pls delist this hotel from your app 🙏🏻 .

NillWorst hotel ever. I had a thoroughly disappointing encounter with this hotel after booking through OYO. Upon arrival, they not only denied my check-in but also demanded a significantly higher amount than what was initially agreed upon through the booking platform. The lack of transparency and professionalism in handling the situation left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, as their practices are not only deceptive but also indicative of a disregard for customer satisfaction.
