It's an old dilapidated building with no maintenance at all👎

My RRB NTPC Exam was scheduled on 27th March, 2021 at ION Digital Mancheswar so I stayed there from 11 pm of 26th March to 12 O'clock of of 27th March for almost 13 hours. I had to book a room of 3 beds as no single bed room was available and the cost was ₹500 for upto the 12 th noon of the next day. As I was alone I myself had to pay the full rent but you can share the room if you get to manage some people or your friends. The room was not that much neat and clean, the mattresses were also looking blackish, as it was 3 bedded room, it had 3 small almirahs on the wall one upon one but either there frames were broken or the door aldrops were damaged The aldrop of the main door was also loose, the screws were just struggling to manage it anyhow. If you book the rooms of 8 beds only then you will get attached private washroom and for others there were so many washrooms on every floor which means anyone inside the Yatri Niwas can use it so you can imagine how clean it would have been, even the doors were not functioning and the flush tanks were damaged. Inspite of these much drawbacks there are some positive things, firstly I didn't feel any security threat for myself and my luggage; Secondly, No loadshedding and no disturbance, the main thing is it is beside the main road so you can get restaurants and buses, autorickshaws etc very easily and you will get available room there at any time by submitting your Aadhar Card photocopy, I was roaming outside the Bhubaneshwar Railway Station in search of a lodge but all the people were ready to loot me in the name of providing a good hotel and after wasting nearly 2 hours I found that the place became lonely and then I decided to visit the Yatri Niwas because I knew about it in Facebook from the people who previously visited Bhubaneswar for exam or any other purpose and as I told you previously I reached there around 11 pm. If you have any other better option or budget then you can go for the lodges or hotels but if not then The Yatri Niwas is for you. Sorry for this big review, actually it became large because I shared both the sides of it. Thank you.

Cheap govt accomodation having least facility and unfriendly attendant. Only spaced for night stay and keep luggage in locks

Worst food, worst staff behaviour then are just cheap govt property which can be improved but they are not in that attude

Yatri Nivas provides lodging in most affordable price. Its functioning under BMC Bhubaneswar. One needs to book manually with details of id cards for reservations. Yatri Nivas is well connected with city bus and auto rickshaw. All the major places of Bhubaneswar can be reached from here easily. Yatri Nivas is nearer to Railway station also.

They provide rooms not bed. Room rate 5** 3 bed in a room
