Exceptional service provided by all the staff, be it front desk, f&b or housekeeping. The staffs are all humble and polite. They go above and beyond to assist you. Clean rooms, nice ambience and good staff makes it a best choice. They have spa , fitness centre(small and compact), pool all in the hotel for their guests convenience.

Shraddha is very hard working. She welcome with smile serve the smile and handle everyone with a warm smile. She has some positivity in herself where her work doesn’t feel pretending it really show hard work.

We stayed here with family during our Puri trip. we stayed only for one night. Staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet had great spread, including South Indian, North Indian and Chinese items. Multiple juices, tee and coffee was also there. A small pool is also there. They also have gym, spa and massage center. Room were specious and neat and clean. Although they have everything in the bathroom, we asked for additional dental kit, which they have provided immediately.

Great rooms at a reasonable price. Humble and polite Hospitality staff. Location is pretty much in a prime area, just about 20-35mins away from Airport. Most Sites for Tourists are located at a considerable distance, which are a short drive away.

One of the best properties that I've visited, not because of the infrastructure but because of the staff members. One of the sweetest people I've come across, which includes every department. Each of them were extremely courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable. Literally made me feel so homely. Would definitely recommend it

One standout in Bhubaneswar for excellent customer service is Ira by Orchid . Every single staff is very friendly and conversational. Shradha who took great care of the food, beverages and provided an excellent service. Nice clean hotel .
