My experience was moderate. The behaviour of the receptionist staff was arrogant. The food quality was not satisfactory. The rooms of the hotels are not as luxurious and clean as the surroundings of the hotel. They only maintain their outdoors beautifully but do not fully care about their rooms and bathroom.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. They refused to provide a GST bill despite taking payment. When we returned late at night, the hotel was completely locked without any prior intimation. We were left stranded outside with no staff present, and nobody answered our calls. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money in the morning because we were 10 minutes late for checkout. No refunds, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for guests' convenience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service Awful Experience: My stay at this hotel was really unsatisfactory. They will charge extra for bill, they declined to issue a GST bill. Without information at reception the hotel was fully locked when we got back late at night. Our calls went unanswered, and we were left outdoors and had to stay in other place which made things worse. In the morning, they did not agree to refund our money or even did not left us to stay. No professionalism, no refunds, and no consideration whatsoever for the convenience of the guests. I would never suggest this location to others.

Probably the worst stay I have had in my lifetime. AC not functioning properly. Staff is very arrogant. They act as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay in their hotel. Too far from everything. Food quality is worst. Toilets are the worst. Full of smell they are. Overall experience very very poor. They are fooling people and looting them. Not at all suggested. Waste of money this hotel is.

Worst service. Please don't book room here. Hotel is in interior side of puri. You have to travel 3 km for Temple and beach. Worst rooms. Not cleaned every day despite several request. No service. Intercom not working. Food is Worst. They served me same food in Morning and evening. It seems once cooked and served throughout the day. It took 3 hours to get simple food. Behavior of staffs are not good. AC not working properly. They switched off the AC. You have to call them everytime by phone to switch on the AC as intercom is not working. Total waste of money. Worst hotel experience in Puri.

Staying at this place had its own merits and demerits. The stay was overall good and pleasant. Gives you a full old place turned into hotel vibes. 2. Affordable for last minute booking 3. Has a beach nearby in walking distance but not the main puri beach. 4. Gives you fresh food everytime you order. 5. Staffs are really kind and does their job properly (improvement is still suggested) 6. They even help you for the Darshanam at Jagannath Temple. 7. Tomtoms and tempos are easily accessible. Not-So-Good side of staying at this Hotel 1. The hotel is completely other side of main puri beach. 2.You have to take a tomtom for ₹100 each time to go to the market or beach or anything from the main touristy part of the city. And while returning they charge you insane money to get till this hotel. 3. Food is great, but curries in veg thali menu should be changed for each day atleast. 4. Wall damps should be fixed. Thats what brings the rating down. The windows should be opened timely for ventilation. These place is insanely windy and will make the room breathable. 5. Mosquito repellent should be provided. 6. Cupboard hangers should be off good quality. The one got were broken and deshaped. 7. Keep drinking Glassess in each rooms, even if you don't provide free water. (Its basic) 8. Chec-in and Checout timing, its 8AM 9. Breakfast is not free here, so change that in your abouts. Rest its really a good vibey place.

Price: 1. I book the 2 room for 1600 for single day ,that means per room 800 which is preety decent . 2.room are good , water is available 24*7 , light available full time , staff are friendly. 3. We took two day package , they provide 4 seater vehicle such as Swift dezire for 2 day that is 4500 rs. 1st day we went to visit all the sight such as konark ,nandanakanan , dhuladhar , khandagiri etc 2nd day they provided vehicle for chilika lake They did not charge extra for vehicle other than that . No extra fee for parking etc. Tickets at various locations you have to book yourself . 4.The only demerit of the hotel is that it is little bit far from beaches approx 2km . Auto and e riksha are available all the time outside the hotel . They takes 100-150 rs based on your negotiation skills . 5.food of the hotel is good in very decent price , like 150 rs for veg thali which includes paneer and mix veg , bhujia ,papar ,rice/roti ,daal etc. Chicken kadai -120 rs plate which is less and tasty . 6. If you are planning to visit this place that is good .for family at less price ,hotel is good to go .

Far from temple, no lift, rooms are old and were not so clean. Toilets were dirty as well. Average stay.
