Sea facing rooms are really awesome. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall had a very benign experience staying in the Hotel .

First of all the staff was very polite,and were coopretive through out the stay whenever we demanded for help they always assisted. Also the telivison which was not working the staff cooperated much and have fixed with in 5 hours. The food quality was also very good it was good in quantity as well as affordable in the price. Rooms were also hygenic and very well maintained. The view of beach from the window was also phenomenal. Therefore some changes in the rooms can be made by adding a bigger and proper working telivision and also by prevanting frequent powercuts. Overall it was a good and exciting experience staying here. You can have your stay here if you visit Puri. Thank you Jai Jagannath

Hotel is good. It's not maintained properly. But overall rating is good. It's also overpriced based on the services offered. Lift is not working properly and the ACs are also is not in good condition.

Absolutely useless service & careless staff to reply to clients even after 4 days & that is too after many reminder & request. They dont even open their WhatsApp & check for getting booking, then what kind of service to expect while stay. 😑 Select some other active hotels as there are many there to take care of clients.

Don't book this room until you have no other option to stay in case of emergency go with hotel Leo Castel.,Dalia Atithi Vihar., pipul Ocean View Resort. Suggestions BOOK Hotel Online to visit Puri.

Very bad experience of this hotel and staff was very unprofessional Rooms were totally unhygienic, linen was dirty. Hotel charged extra for basic facilities Never suggest to stay at this hotel

The rooms are decent but the service isn't that great. Power cut happened a few times while we stayed there for 2 days and it made us a little uncomfortable as we were in the dark. They also delayed our check in because the rooms were not clean, guess that's because of the new year rush but still they could do with better planning. Mixed reviews for the food we ate here. Had good dinner but the next day lunch wasn't up to the mark. This is situated at a good location though, the beach is very near and walkable, there's an auto stand nearby too. Some food stalls are also present around here.
