Capital O 5016 Hotel Sukanya

Hotel is a scam. They made our's holiday pathetic. Auto driver will take you to this hotel so don't believe them. Please don't go to this hotel it's better to find somewhere else or spent time in railway waiting room. Facilities are not matching as per what they are charging. Hotel staff and owner ( old goon lady ) behaviour is not at all good. They will tell you electricity will go only for few minutes and there is generator facility. But most often power cut will be there, they will not start generator. Room condition is not at all good. You will find lots of ants in room and dirty room. Even they will not do maintenance also. We have faced condition where we were in the room without power for 2hours. AC they will off frequently.

"The name should be Dusto-Kanya" Sukanya is big scam and managed by goons."||The first scam we faced in puri is we take the auto rikshaw driver help to find a hotel.|Firstly he carry us to fully packed hotel near station to create a artificial scarcity so he can convince that this area is full of tourist and you have take whatever you get, on the contrary there are plenty of hotel online.||We reached "Dusto-Kanya" hotel and driver talked to them in local language about their commission.|Owner "The Goon Lady" ordered the manager "May be metric pass" to show the rooms, all the rooms are dirty, floor filled with beach sand, and beer bottles are visible on the corners, water taps are not functioning properly, you can heard the dipping noise. Bed sheets are dirty, feels like unmarried couples just leave the room with lots of love marks (Not responsible enough).|Then they show us another room on which geyser not working, dirty bed sheet, pillow covers and windows are not closed properly (No Privacy).|After all we have to book the room since they are frightening us that "you will be beaten up if you are not taking room since you waste our time" singe we are with family we didn't want to fight back and take non A/C room at 1000 per night, by thinking next day we will change.||Next day we have to visit temple so we stayed one night more and leave the hotel, and find A/C room nearby at 800 per night, during checkout mom said about our relocation and they got angry and call us cheater. Defaming our state name that we are money concious, overall we are customer and we will find the best deal, there are nothing like cheater at all, will they provide a/c room at 500??||My suggestion dont fall on the auto driver trap, they get commission from the hotel owner, and book online first on reputed hotels by viewing reviews. And ask auto to transport there not include them in hotel search.

I was there at this hotel in the month of Dec 2012. I got this hotel through Expedia.com as i did not find any other hotel as all hotels are sold out. The location of the hotel is good those who want peace. Nearest beach is Silver Beach. The room and ambiance is good. The only problem i was faced regarding food. They don't have resturant that time the food which we have ordered they bring from outside and the food was not at all upto the mark. Rest all are fine with me all the staff are courteous and helpful.

Service from the staff very nice and polite. Not much breakfast options. Rooms are not that much clean. But I guess rooms everywhere in Puri are the same. Because we first checked few room elsewhere. Those rooms were very ugly. So we decided to book room with OYO here. Apart from this, stay away from the fool auto drivers at Puri station. Firstly he will say that, he'll drop you at good hotel in 100 Rupees and when you see more than one hotel, finally he'll argue and will start asking for 300 Rupees. He may threaten you and ultimately you'll have to pay him whatever he wants. We had a bad experience with one chutiya.

Hotel room service are very poor, it was too cold in Puri but no hot water supply in hotel. Broken Bucket , dirty toilets , dirty bed sheets , even they have not change bed sheet during my three day stay. it was wrong choice , clear trip should delist this hotel or ensure the facilities first then upload on their portal. very bad experience. since i have paid all amount online i have no choice to retain in the hotel , Even we have struggled for a cup of tea and a bottle of water. very far from temple. Auto rickshaw cost 100.00 one side that mean 200.00 for on trip. for more info please call me 9167970160.|This was my first experience online hotel booking and i was totally disappointed.|Regards|Vinay ||

It's not like other OYO services. The staffs of the hotel are not welcoming. Most of the services you get in other OYO rooms are not present here, and after complaining about that the staffs rudely started arguing with us. Also I added complementary breakfast but they said they can't give us that because their staffs can't come in morning. Very bad experience this time with OYO. Not gonna recommend this at all to any one. I got stucked because during check in I've to paid the full booking amount, and now they're not gonna refund my amount.

"The Dusto-Kanya hotel, Managed by goons" Please read full review, elese you will be scammed. Full of cheaters are there only money minded. If you visit there they will force you to have food from them only, all tour packages have to buy from them, else you will be frightened by goons.

Very very bad experience... Firstly the counter lady was very rude... They charged around 3400rs for 18 hours... After entering the room i noticed that it smelled very bad.. Room ke andar dim light tha..floor pe dhul mitti thi.. Bedsheet and blanket black and badbu( dirty smell) wala tha... Room bhi bohat ganda tha.. Tap se water nahi aa raha tha basin band thi... I will never go there again and i suggest everyone not to go there.. If you want to go please check everything before entering...
