We stayed there in a family room for 4 nights. It is a decent place, but surely i am not comfortable giving 4 stars because of the pain of asking the helper to switch on heater. Even the service could be improved atleast not the best compared to other places we stayed. We were asked to checkout at 8:00 eventhough we specified that its 10:00 am checkout. With a family room staying with kids, its inconvenient to checkout at 8:00 AM.

Location is very good. Near to sea beach. Staff are well behaved and helpful. Value of money. But rooms service should be better.

Very vary bad in every point of view, there manager( bulu) is don't know how to behave with guest, he said our bedsheet will change once after 2 days. Room also dirty, don't stay there. Wooooh... Terrible hotel.

Worst experience in this hotel ever. Rate is too high for non AC rooms it is 3300/- per night and no facilities for hot water and room as well as washroom is stinking.behavier of receptionist is very rude
