I had advance booking of rooms in this hotel Safal Palace with 1500/- per day with money receipt but they start charging 2500/- per day saying that rate has increased and they also misbehaved regarding this when I argued regarding this and my Advance booking. Worst Hotel management system, they haven't any ethics and values regarding what they said during advance booking. Never visit again in this hotel.
