Hotel Mantra Palace

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Mantra Palace and would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel lacks even the most basic necessities.||1. Unhygienic Rooms – The pillows and bedsheets were dirty (photo attached), making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.||2. Mosquito Problem – Sleeping at night was nearly impossible due to mosquitoes. Despite calling the reception three times, no mosquito repellent was provided.||3. Unhelpful and Rude Staff – The staff was not guest-friendly and showed no concern for resolving issues.||If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay—whether for business or family—this is not the place to choose. I strongly advise not to book this hotel.

It is one of the biggest banquet hall in and around Rourkela.It is the perfect combination of unmatched ambiance, enchanting surroundings and fascinating,as the customers too much satisfied with the service quality, cleanliness. Value worthy & Near to main road. Room is good. I will definitely recommend this property.

New Food Shop Open Enjoying a scrumptious Madras Masala vada pav, which I had the pleasure of tasting last night at Rourkela Mantra Palace for just 40 rupees. A delightful experience for both the palate and the wallet! 🍴💚

Rooms are congested. Food is very good but over priced. Think twice before organizing functions with catering from them. You will find very good and tasty food but food will run short if you have even 4-5 extra guests. Room service is poor. If you need something late in the night or early morning, no one will respond to your repeated calls. Only positive about them is the food and rest all services are pathetic.

Rooms are small, that’s not an issue but hygiene is the main problem here. Stains over everything - bed sheet, pillow, walls. Bathroom has leakage issue. They are not clean. And, rooms feel claustrophobic.
