I recently stayed at Hotel kavaka and had an incredible experience…The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I would highly recommend Hotel Kavaka to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. customer satisfaction is first priority and this truly made my stay unforgettable."

Stayed at Kavaka on 30.10.25. They gave us a discount on tariff but the service is pathetic. Hot water is not available 24/7. We checked out at 5 am and had asked them to provide hot water for bathing in the morning, they said they would but they did not provide hot water nor do they have the facility of the same 24/7. Behaviour of the persons at the reception is very bad and rude and the same was after booking. Not even one bottle of mineral water is complimentary with the room. Rooms are small compared to the tariff that they are charging. Tea is also not available always at the restaurant and most of the foods on the menu is not available at the restaurant. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience. After check-in, the receptionist informed me that no towels were available — an excuse that is simply unacceptable for a hotel charging this price. This clearly reflects very poor management and service standards.

Food service? A joke. It took forever, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. Hygiene was clearly not a priority. What shocked me most was the attitude of the management — completely careless and unapologetic. They don’t seem to care about guest comfort at all. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, or even basic cleanliness, avoid Hotel Kavaka at all costs. It’s a complete waste of money and energy.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Kavaka Hotel Kavaka is overpriced for the quality of service it offers. The rooms are of poor standard despite being equipped with queen beds. I stayed in Room 310, where the bathroom was not functioning properly. Although the hotel claims to offer 24-hour check-in and check-out, they asked me to check out at 4 a.m. simply because I had checked in early — something guests should be cautious about. When I raised a concern about this, the owner responded aggressively and started shouting. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to deal with unprofessional behavior. Overall, not recommended.

Stayed for three nights in April 2025. Rooms are good, house keeping is also good. Restaurant serves tasty food of a wide range. There are two areas where improvement is required: 1. Please keep an electric kettle with tea bags, sugar and milk powder pouches in the room. 2. Staff is untrained for service in a good hotel. Particularly, the restaurant staff. For example, while serving, I noticed one boy was dispensing rotis with bare hands instead of using a fork or forecep. Otherwise, I had a comfortable stay . Dr. Himadri Bohidar, New Delhi

Very Bad Palace for staying , They are provided dirty/Torn bed sheet and pillow. Place 🛏️ is not good for stay. Towel and Hand wash not provided us after asking several times, then it will provided. 😔😔😔
